Andrey Tyutyushev biography

Andrey Tyutyushev 1994 – Securities Specialist at the Tomsk branch of OAO “Gazprombank” in Tomsk.

Since 1995 – Leading Securities Specialist at the Tomsk branch of Gazprombank OAO.

In 1995, he organized and headed the Thesaurum Financial and Industrial Group. Since December 2000 – Director of Tomsky Pig Complex (GSP Tomskoye). Since 2004 till present he has been General Director of Agrarian Group JSC.

In 2004 he was awarded the title “Manager of the Year – 2004” in the competition “Person of the Year”, organized by the Administration of the Tomsk region and the State Duma of the Tomsk region.

In 2011, he received a commendation from the Russian Ministry of Agriculture “For many years of diligent work in the agricultural sector. In 2014, he was awarded a Certificate of Honor by the Tomsk Oblast Legislative Duma for his great contribution to the social and economic development of the Tomsk Oblast, lawmaking activities, and in connection with the twentieth anniversary of the Legislative Duma.

In 2004, he was awarded a Badge of Honor of the Department of Internal Affairs of Tomsk Oblast.

In 2006, he was awarded a medal of the Russian Orthodox Church of St. Blessed Prince Daniel of Moscow. Since October 2007, he has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Agrarnaya Group JSC and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of Agrarnaya Group JSC. In 2011, he was commended by the Russian Ministry of Agriculture “For many years of diligent work in the agro-industrial complex”. Since December 2013, he has been a member of the Presidium of the Tomsk Association of Food Producers.

In 2014, received a Certificate of Honor of the Legislative Duma of the Tomsk region for his great contribution to the socio-economic development of the Tomsk region, lawmaking activities and in connection with the twentieth anniversary of the Legislative Duma. Awarded with Certificate of Honour of the RF Ministry of Agriculture for many years of conscientious work in the agroindustrial complex, Anniversary Medal “70 years of Tomsk Oblast” on behalf of the Governor, a medal of the Russian Orthodox Church St. Seraphim of Sarov. He is a member of the Expert Council under the Deputy Governor for Agroindustrial Policy and Environmental Management.

Paying no attention to anyone, Andrei Tyutyushev walked briskly in the direction of the reception room of Tomsk Oblast Prosecutor Vasily Voikin, where the reception room of the deputy regional prosecutor, Tatiana Melikhova, is also located. The businessman went in with two baskets and came out without them. A little later he was seen walking with the bags towards the offices of Tomsk Oblast Deputy Prosecutor Igor Koshel and the office of the city prosecutor Viktor Fedotov.
