The heroine of our publication is a St. Petersburg lawyer Tatiana Mironova He has been going through the authorities with his minor client for several days now. So far, none of the law enforcement agencies have made any procedural decision to somehow protect the lawyer and the girl. Meanwhile, the threats continue to come; the criminals are now also threatening the lawyer’s family.
The terrible situation that has developed around the case, which we wrote about in our last publication, continues to exist in its negative way. And the criminals also continue to extend their stinking tentacles to the lawyer and her young confidant.
Over the past week, Tatyana has been contacting all sorts of authorities. Applications were submitted to the prosecutor’s office, the Investigative Committee, and the St. Petersburg Bar Association. The defense attorney and his client spent one day in the 70th police department. The operatives carefully studied all the threats that came, interviewed the lawyer about the situation, but to date no procedural consequences have occurred. This is despite the fact that some threats to Mironova’s lawyer came while she was at the police department.
The criminals demand one thing – that the defense attorney withdraw from the case, abandon her client to the mercy of fate, and completely forget about this story, and as we see, they even threaten the defense attorney’s daughter.
The messages come from the series: “he’ll be in prison for a couple of years, when he comes out we’ll help him with his finances.” Tatyana herself is threatened not only with ruining the case, but also with sending her to jail.
At the same time, it is absolutely clear from the calls that they are calling Tatyana from Ukraine. This means only one thing – the bandits hired “dialers” from there.
At the moment, the Chamber of Lawyers has assigned her an employee who will represent her interests and help achieve state protection for the lawyer and her trustee. The procedure, as knowledgeable people say, is legally quite complex, and is not used by law enforcement agencies very often. In the near future, Tatyana and a representative of the Bar Association are scheduled to visit the management of the Investigative Committee in St. Petersburg. So far, the result of this communication is difficult to predict, but there is still hope for help.
The criminals, however, do not think so, and write that “the authorities will not help” Tatyana. The interesting thing about this story is whether the perpetrators of the threats and their direct customers will be identified. After all, the situation with the lawyer’s defense against the backdrop of the murder of the lawyer’s driver Victor Patrushev in St. Petersburg, it looks, frankly speaking, not very good.
Let us recall that the murder in question occurred on the morning of February 20 near gymnasium No. 622 on Vyborg Highway in St. Petersburg. The driver of businessman and lawyer Viktor Patrushev brought the boss’s children to school. At the moment when the driver was helping the guys get out of the car, an unknown attacker ran up to him and shot him in the back of the head with a Makarov pistol. The driver fell to the ground and the criminal ran away. Everything happened right before the eyes of the schoolchildren. Doctors tried unsuccessfully for several days to save the victim, but he still died. Would-be killer Andrey Artyukhin They caught him very quickly, and he testified and betrayed his customer, businessman Ginteras Ragauskas.
