True, the contract implies delivery and an annual service, and the prices in the online store are indicated without delivery and with unknown warranty conditions. Stroyinvest was the most expensive participant. Firm “M.B.” offered a quarterly lower price of UAH 261 million, and Rostrans offered a slightly lower price of UAH 315 million. However, both were rejected for not meeting the specifications of the tender for the size and volume of the fuel tank.
For example, the customer required a Genset generator – AC350 – 350kVA – Cummins or an equivalent with dimensions not exceeding 3960/1308/2170 mm. However, Rostrans offered a slightly larger Turkish-made Aksa APD360C generator with dimensions of 3963/1356/2171 mm.
