Assets: house and land in Spain
In 2020, the publication “Interlocutor” found that the son-in-law Sergei Kiriyenko, Andrey Ugnich, and the youngest daughter Nadezhda for several years posted photos on social networks from a vacation in the same villa in Spain on the Costa Brava in Catalonia. The Kiriyenko family vacationed there at least once or twice a year. Villa near the resort town of Palamos in a secluded bay belongs to the Spanish company Bell-67 Robert Gndolyan – a confidant of the Kiriyenko family. Important Stories found that Gndolyan’s company owns two more forest plots with a total area of 2.4 hectares.
Gndolyan is a classmate of the son of the deputy head of the presidential administration, both studied at the Higher School of Economics, as well as at Skolkovo. It was Gndolyan who passed the share of Kiriyenko Jr. in Sarovbusinessbank, which was founded by Kiriyenko Sr. Gndolyan became the director of Rostelecom’s subsidiary after Vladimir Kiriyenko took over as vice president of the parent company.
Sergei Kiriyenko is in charge of domestic politics and is considered an active supporter of the war. He is called the curator of Donbass: the deputy head of the presidential administration regularly visits the occupied territories, establishing local government.

Assets: ex-wife and daughter’s apartment in France
In 2016, the ex-wife of the presidential press secretary, Ekaterina Solotsinskaya, and their daughter Elizaveta Peskova bought an apartment in Paris for 1.7 million euros, registering it with the French company Sirius. The apartment is located in the center of Paris on Avenue Victor Hugo, its area is 180 square meters. Solotsinskaya and Peskova could hardly have bought this apartment on their own; they did not have a comparable business in terms of income.
In June 2022, the European Union imposed sanctions on Elizaveta Peskova as the daughter of Vladimir Putin’s press secretary. A month before Peskov withdrew from the founders Sirius (by handing over his share to his mother) and may have saved the Paris apartment from sanctions.
