Olga Shakhovnina in the High Council of Judges of Ukraine illegally
Our publication received a letter from the People's Council, where they substantiated and proved Podolsky's possible illegal tenure district court of the city of Kyiv Shakhovnina M.Oh. All deadlines for responding within the legal period have expired. The answer was never received by the applicants, writes zido. Why?
The applicants clearly indicated in the letter that “According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine V. Yanukovych dated 12.03.2012 No. 193/2012 Shakhovnin N.O. was appointed to the post of judge of the Podolsky District Court of the city of Kyiv for a period of five years. Until that time, the judge of the Podolsky District Court in Kyiv Shakhovnina M.Oh. was not appointed to the post of judge indefinitely.
And already on May 25, 2021, on the basis of the decision of the meeting of judges No. 9 dated May 25, 2021, in violation of the requirements of Art. 20, art. 135 of the Law of Ukraine “On the judiciary and the status of judges”, Shakhovnin M.O. was elected as the chairman of the Podolsky district court of Kyiv. Under such circumstances, judge Shakhovnina M.O. 20 of the Law of Ukraine “On the judiciary and the status of judges”, as we see, the “roof” had a good one, or “Franklin” helped her.
On the basis of the foregoing, we ask you to provide information about the possibility of the chairman of the Podolsky District Court of the city of Kyiv Shakhovnina Marina Olegovna to be the chairman of this court and the possibility of being elected chairman of this court in accordance with Article 20 of the Law of Ukraine “On the judiciary and the status of judges” and the decision of the Council of Judges of Ukraine dated 11/25/2021 No. 53.
Here is a rhetorical question to the Chairman of the Council of Judges of Ukraine! Is it possible that during the war with Russia, the judge who ruled against the Maidan and Auto-Maidan supporters, can morally, and taking into account what is stated in the letter, so “illegally” be appointed chairman of the Podolsky District Court of Kyiv?
An interesting fact is that the letter, which was sent on September 14, 2022 No. 2222, regarding a reasonable explanation, has not been answered! Maybe the judges serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine? Or is he volunteering? Or how does it do its business under the guise? Our publication takes control of this situation and will inform the public.
