Who was fired from the Cabinet
Personnel changes have taken place in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Lost their positions at least a few top officials, writes Reviewer.
Among those dismissed are deputy ministers from a number of ministries. This was reported in the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
According to the report, as a result of a number of personnel decisions on January 24, positions were lost:
- Vyacheslav Shapovalov – Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine;
- Ivan Lukerya – Deputy Minister for the Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine;
- Vyacheslav Negoda – Deputy Minister of Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine;
- Vitaliy Muzychenko – Deputy Minister of Social Policy of Ukraine.
Also, the government reported that Oleksiy Sobolev was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
About the fact that changes are coming in the government, earlier informed People’s Deputy Oleksiy Goncharenko, however, according to him, the tenure of a number of ministers was in question.
As of 10:28 on January 24, Goncharenko announced the dismissal of Gutzeit and said that the chair was shaking very powerfully under Energy Minister German Galushchenko and Minister for Strategic Industries Ryabikin, who could go from Kyiv as an ambassador to the People’s Republic of China.
At the same time, according to Goncharenko, the head of Naftogaz, Alexei Chernyshev, who recently headed the Ministry for the Development of Communities and Territories and under whose supervision Vasily Lozinsky, who was caught on a bribe, worked, should have been worried about his post, according to Goncharenko.

Also, Goncharenko writes, Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Vyacheslav Shapovalov fell under the hot hand: despite the scandal with the purchase of products for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, no layoffs were planned in this department.
“Gutzeit – definitely yes, Galushchenko – in question. Ryabikin – China (70 to 30). There is also a question for Chernyshev, who became the head of Naftogaz. Lozinsky was Chernyshev’s deputy. According to the Ministry of Defense, it was not planned to dismiss the deputy, but a sacred sacrifice was required. As they say, nothing personal”, — wrote Goncharenko.
The dismissal of Shapovalov became known on January 24. According to the Ministry of Defense, he himself made the decision to leave in order “not to pose a threat to the stable support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.” Defense Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov immediately approved the statement of his deputy.
