The reason for another appeal to the supervisory authorities was the last income declaration filed by Golovkin. Officially, in 2022, the director of Vosmerka earned 173 thousand rubles, that is, he received 14 thousand per month. Nemirovsky believes that this is impossible: according to the Kontur.Fokus system, at the time of providing information on income, Golovkin was the head of seven organizations.

The attention of the head of Orion was also drawn to the car park of the “poorest deputy”. At the time of filing the declaration, Golovkin had in his garage: Range Rover Sport, Range Rover, GAZ truck, IZH and Honda motorcycles, US-Yama jet ski. Nemirovsky believes that 173 thousand would not be enough to maintain such a car park:

In addition to cars and motorcycles, Nemirovsky points out in the statement, the deputy had two apartments listed as his property for 2022, for which he had to pay property tax and pay for housing and communal services. Taking into account all the circumstances, the head of Orion believes that Golovkin submitted false information about his income and asks the prosecutor's office to look into this.
