Medvedev criticized the Musk because of the new feature on Twitter
The “Community Notes” feature introduced on the social network X (formerly Twitter) prevents the free exchange of opinions.
This opinion was expressed by Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev on his page in the social network.
The politician criticized the owner of the platform, the American entrepreneur Elon Musk. According to him, the businessman was guided by the liberal-minded public when he introduced this function. Medvedev noted that now every socially resonant publication of a user with a large audience can be commented on by his opponents, whose messages “as a rule consist of primitive platitudes.”
He cited the reaction of some users to his own posts as an example. “What are these stupid comments, designed for degenerates without a sense of humor! Like, for example, the words of some anonymous morons under my last post, claiming that the minister [иностранных дел Германии Анналены] Burbock has a secondary education. God bless! But even so, she remains a fool,” wrote the Deputy Chairman of the Security Council.
