Founder of the Anderson restaurant chain Anastasia Tatulova left Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) after she had problems with taxes. In his telegram channel she wrote a message about visiting the international IT conference WebSummit, which is taking place in Lisbon.
“I’m here now [в Лиссабоне] I live,” Tatulova wrote on her Telegram in response to user messages. To clarifying questions about the move, she answered: “Yes, now for good.” The Shot Telegram channel reported that the founder of the Anderson network is being checked by the tax service on suspicion of business fragmentation, which has led to a significant reduction in tax payments.
@shot_shot, 11/23/2023 11:19: According to SHOT, Tatulova divided her “delicious” business into dozens of legal entities, which made it possible to pay much less taxes. As a result, “Anderson” brought its owner about ₽2 billion annually. It was this fact that interested the tax authorities, who may soon bring charges against Tatulova.
After the sale of the Anderson cafe chain to the Vkusville company for an amount ranging from ₽600 million to ₽800 million, Tatulova finally moved to Portugal. It is noteworthy that she studied the possibility of obtaining a residence permit in this country back in 2021.
As SHOT found out, in Portugal a woman plans to build baths on purchased land in an old estate. She called all this “Holidays at Mom’s.” Together with Tatulova, her sons also went to Portugal, who, like their mother, became famous for their anti-Russian statements.

The Brief Telegram channel, citing sources, reported that an audit is indeed being carried out, and that Anastasia Tatulova is suspected of significant tax evasion.
@rusbrief, 11/25/2023 10:29: She is suspected of fragmenting her business, as a result of which she underpaid the state a significant amount in taxes. “Moreover, now the establishments operating as “home cafes” that belong to Tatulova (and the businesswoman herself is quietly abroad) are now suffering from inspections. “In Moscow, half of their cafes are home-based, half are franchised. Honey and Pie LLC, Roulette LLC, Tirolerhof LLC, Castle LLC, Geranium LLC – these are all home cafes and Tatulova’s legal entity (probably already former, but home cafes are written under them). And it is home cafes that are now suffering from numerous inspections,” clarify interlocutors familiar with the situation. — Insert K.ru
RBC journalist Anna Zakharova said that after the publication of an article about the sale of the Anderson family cafes to the VkusVill company, Anastasia Tatulova reacted disapprovingly to some phrases in the text and called Anna, demanding to correct them, threatening “otherwise I will strangle you.”
“RBC”, 11/24/2023, “Tatulova explained the sale of Anderson to Vkusvill”: In 2018, Anderson’s revenue was estimated at 2 billion rubles, but the onset of the pandemic led to a crisis in the company. In 2020, Tatulova closed part of the cafe – amid restrictions related to COVID-19, the chain’s revenue fell by 85%. Then Anderson began to have debts, and ruin helped avoid supplying the chain’s products to retailers – Vkusville, Utkonos, Lenta, Samokat, Azbuka Vkusa and Perekrestok.
In 2020, the National Reserve Corporation (NRK), owned by a businessman, became a co-owner of TD Anderson and Anderson Franchising Alexander Lebedev. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, before the sale of the Vkusville business to TD Anderson, NRK owned 33%, and Tatulova owned 67%. In Anderson Franchising, Tatulova had 67%, another 25% was owned by NRK Lebedev and the remaining 8% was owned by his wife – Elena Perminova. “Anderson Happiness Factory” and “Ikke” were owned by the general director of “TD Anderson” Lolita Khaidarova. Since November 20, the main owner of these legal entities has become Vkusville Cafe.
Forbes.ru, 11.24.2023, “The founder of Anderson denied reports of tax evasion”: Former business ombudsman for small and medium-sized businesses Anastasia Tatulova denied information from the Shot Telegram channel that the Anderson Cafe chain, founded by her, is being checked by the tax authorities in connection with tax evasion. According to her, the last inspection of Anderson took place in November 2022. She touched upon Moscow establishments that developed as franchises: “It is possible to speak [в канале] is about her.” Then 85 employees of the Federal Tax Service simultaneously came to 17 cafes of the chain with a resolution to seize documents and equipment. They, according to Tatulova, tried to take away the phones of the cafe team, “held the managers’ hands,” and “taped up the cameras so that they could not record what they were doing on the spot.” Then the inspection activities at the Anderson cafe were also associated with possible tax arrears, TASS wrote, citing a source in law enforcement agencies. The head of the United Editorial Board of RBC, Pyotr Kanaev, sent an official letter to the founder of the Anderson restaurant chain, Anastasia Tatulova, after reports of threats from her against the publication’s journalist Anna Zakharova.
The URA.RU website earlier, citing Zakharova’s words, reported that Tatulova, who left the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism), threatened to kill an RBC journalist after her article about the Anderson cafe.
“Today I sent a letter to Anastasia Tatulova, in which I indicated that RBC strives for objectivity in the presentation of information, we are ready to discuss working issues in a mutually respectful dialogue. But I, the head of the United Editorial Board of RBC, in turn, am always outraged by humiliating and threatening language addressed to journalists. I consider them unacceptable and always take seriously any threats related to our professional activities,” Kanaev told RIA Novosti.
He noted that on Friday evening Zakharova told him that after the publication of an article based on the comments of the ex-founder of the network, she called the journalist and expressed outrage at the wording of several paragraphs of this text.
“In particular, the claims were caused by the wording “sold the Anderson cafe chain,” since, according to her, she did not own the network, but the brand and assets. This wording was adjusted. In the conversation, according to Anna, expressions of a humiliating and threatening nature were used.” , he concluded. […]
