We continue our associations with screen characters and famous people of Siberia. This time we decided to draw an analogy between the officials and deputies of Novosibirsk and the heroes of the famous series based on the legendary work of Mikhail Bulgakov “The Master and Margarita”.
Disclaimer: the text presents the personality types and nature of the characters, and not a comparison of people with the heroes of the series. Here we will not call Natalya Pinus a witch, and Vladimir Krasnov a thief.
Fortunately or, unfortunately, there were no famous people in the capital of Siberia, similar in actions to the leading characters – Woland, the Master, Margarita, the procurator and Yeshua. But the secondary characters are just as interesting. So, Margarita’s assistant in real life and confidante accompanying her to Satan’s ball – housekeeper Natasha.
Her first appearance in the series is connected with the scandal with naked ladies near the Variety, about which she tells Margarita. After listening to Natasha, she gives the housekeeper stockings and a bottle of perfume and asks “not to run around Tverskaya in stockings and not listen to Daria.” Natasha is proactive, has the courage to make her own decisions and is able to realize her dreams. Even at someone else’s expense. Otherwise, instead of the donated furs and dresses, she would not have taken the magic cream that belonged to Margarita, would not have smeared it on her neighbor and would not have flown away on him, turned into a boar, after her mistress. Also, by the way, in what the mother gave birth. And at the end of the story, she would not have asked to be a witch.
“Darling! Margarita Nikolaevna! – Natasha shouted, jumping next to Margarita, – I confess, I took the cream. After all, we want to live and fly!”
Certain associations with this character are caused by a deputy from Akademgorodok, a member of commissions for monitoring the implementation of local governments Natalia Pinus. She constantly gets into some scandalous stories. The most famous of them is a request to voters to chip in for a muffle furnace for their upcoming birthday at the end of September 2020. A sophisticated creative oven for firing ceramics then cost 100,000 rubles.
“I have a dream. It concerns my passion for ceramics. If you can help make it happen on my birthday, I’ll be glad. Own muffle furnace for firing ceramics. And then I still go to burn my products to other people. And sometimes delays are several weeks. It costs about a hundred thousand rubles to bake. I’m definitely not buying this for myself. It’s just that the hand will not rise, ”she wrote then on her page on the VK social network.
Paradoxically, money for the stove was collected, and this fact became known throughout the country. After that, Pinus posted another post stating that her dream had come true and rightly so. Because dreaming is useful, and dreaming with a practical component is doubly useful. To which TV presenter and humorist Ivan Urgant noted on the air that the Novosibirsk parliamentarian needs a stove in order to make clay “whistles”, “so that the pensioner whistles, and the deputy runs to him.”
At the same time, according to the City Electoral Committee, the election campaign of Natalia Pinus was the most expensive in the 45th district, which she represents. Almost two million rubles were spent on her re-election. However, oddly enough, Pinus for many years of work as a deputy put zero in her income declaration. And only for 2020 indicated 139,391 rubles. As it turned out, it was the same “flask of spirits and stockings” donated by the people – a muffle furnace. But her husband is a millionaire. In 2019 alone, he earned more than twelve million rubles. But apparently he does not give money to his wife for muffle furnaces. Some kind of greedy beef.
In 2021, Pinus distinguished herself by being fined 10,000 rubles. The reason – going out on a picket against the construction of the square on Dimakova in splendid isolation. It is not clear what result she wanted to achieve by such actions as a deputy. As for the presence of naked ladies and even gentlemen, there is such an episode in her biography. This summer, residents of Akademgorodok appealed to their deputy Natalya Pinus with a complaint about the roaming nudists who began to appear on the beach, dressed in swimming trunks and swimsuits.
“Nudists“ morally ”are already cramped on their beach … they have recently been very fond of showing themselves to the world on public territory, where children, families do it with a feeling of some kind of unhealthy pride,” Pinus subscribers wrote in VK.
To which Natalia replied that there was no need to refuse the nudist beach in Akademgorodok, since visiting it was voluntary. Moreover, she noted that “it’s great if someone has a desire to go there.” Actually, like flying on a broomstick. In general, Natalia Pinus is very creative. clown deputy. What she often wrote about in her social networks.
“Darling, Margarita Nikolaevna,” Natasha spoke imploringly and knelt down, “beg them to leave me a witch. I don’t want to go to the mansion anymore! I won’t go for an engineer or a technician! Azazello already told me yesterday: you, he says, do not try to poke your head somewhere from the basement. They will immediately see that you are a witch”
The next character is Nikanor Ivanovich Bosoy, Chairman of the Housing Association at No. 302-bis on Sadovaya Street. Barefoot is a suspicious, distrustful person who considers receiving a bribe not only a common thing, but also quite legal from the point of view of his own morality. He is insightful, smart, Nikanor immediately understands that no Woland is an official representative of anyone.
“Oh, Nikanor Ivanovich! – the stranger exclaimed sincerely. What is an official or unofficial person? All this depends on the point of view from which one looks at the object; all this, Nikanor Ivanovich, is conditional and unsteady. Today I am an unofficial person, and tomorrow, you see, an official one! And it happens the other way around, Nikanor Ivanovich. And how it happens!”
And Barefoot is a burnout and a real rogue. Woland categorically does not like the chairman, and he orders his demon Fagot-Koroviev to get rid of the annoyance. The bassoon “knocks” in the right place and reports that Citizen Barefoot has dollars in the ventilation of the toilet. Of course, representatives of the authorities immediately come to his house with questions about money earned by overwork and a search. Nikanor Ivanovich was trying to go into a deaf “unconscious”, but his wife spoils everything. As a result, the hidden money is withdrawn. True, in a terrible and incomprehensible way, instead of Soviet rubles, 400 American dollars are found behind the toilet.
“Repent, Ivanovich! You will get a discount! With bloodshot eyes, Nikanor Ivanovich raised his fists over his wife’s head, wheezing: “Oh, damned fool!”
Associated with him ex-director of the Novosibirsk Research Institute of Tuberculosis of the Ministry of Health of Russia Vladimir Krasnov, who received, by a court verdict, this summer three years in a strict regime colony, and the inability to hold leadership positions for two and a half years. Bulgakov described Bosoy as an obese man who walks with constant shortness of breath. In the series, this character was played by Valery Zolotukhin, who did not have a large physique, but the ex-director is very suitable for the description of the classic, even outwardly.
Vladimir Krasnov was charged with exceeding official powers under paragraph “c” of Part 3 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Krasnov held a high position for thirty years – from 1989 to 2019, and lost it so ugly! In addition, the prosecutor’s office of the Novosibirsk region through the court demanded to seize the property of the former director, part of which the cunning official managed to register with his relatives, and part – to write off. In particular, almost new chairs and office tables were allegedly scrapped due to unsuitability.
It’s just that Pasha Emilievich is another cheerful character who traded in other people’s chairs, but already from “12 chairs”. The prosecution also found fifteen real estate objects worth 42 million rubles in Krasnov’s possession, almost all of them were transferred to the official’s children. Among them is an elite cottage, a land plot in the Obskiye Zori Lane and two apartments in the village of Kainskaya Zaimka.
“Somewhat stunned by his chatter, the chairman announced that the housing association agreed to rent apartment No. 50 to artist Woland for a week with a payment of … Nikanor Ivanovich hesitated a little and said: five hundred rubles a day. Here Koroviev finally struck the chairman. With a thievish wink in the direction of the bedroom, from where the soft jumps of a heavy cat could be heard, he hissed: in a week this comes out, therefore, three and a half thousand? Nikanor Ivanovich thought that he would add to this: “What an appetite you have, Nikanor Ivanovich!” – but Koroviev said something completely different: Is this really a sum! Ask five, he will give.
The son of the ex-director of the research institute Denis Krasnov, who worked for his father in the department as a surgeon, in 2010 purchased a Toyota Land Cruiser Prado worth 2.6 million rubles, an apartment in the center of Novosibirsk and non-residential premises, and also entered into an agreement on participation in shared construction office center. Probably with daddy’s money, including.
When the Zaeltsovsky court passed a sentence on Vladimir Krasnov, he announced that the ex-director had entered into an illegal and non-competitive agreement with Limeks LLC from 2011 to 2019. During public procurement, the former director created advantages for Limex LLC, which supplied medical products at the maximum resale price. The income from the criminal scheme turned out to be more than 124 million rubles.
By the way, in 2002, Vladimir Krasnov’s father-in-law gave him exactly … 400 US dollars. Just some kind of mystic!
“And then, as the chairman later claimed, a miracle happened: the pack itself crawled into his briefcase. And then the chairman, somewhat relaxed and even broken, ended up on the stairs. A whirlwind of thoughts raged in his head. Here the villa in Nice was spinning, and the trained cat, and the thought that there really were no witnesses, and that Pelageya Antonovna would be delighted with a counterfeit. These were incoherent thoughts, but generally pleasant ”
And finally Prokhor Petrovich, Chairman of the Lightweight Spectacles and Amusement Commission. The official disappears from his office immediately after the magic session conducted by Woland and his retinue. Well, how it disappears … It becomes invisible to the human eye. There is a suit from the chairman, but the chairman himself is not.
“At a huge desk with a massive inkwell, an empty suit sat and, with a dry pen not dipped in ink, drew over the paper. The suit had a tie on, a self-writing pen stuck out of the pocket of the suit, but there was no neck or head above the collar, nor did the hands stick out of the cuffs. The suit was immersed in work and did not notice at all the mess that reigned around. He returned to his suit immediately after the police entered his office, to the frenzied joy of Anna Richardovna and to the great bewilderment of the needlessly disturbed police.
But here there are no options. Very much on our Bunshu Elbow looks like! And he loves all kinds of entertainment, especially children’s carousels. And as for his own resolutions – even in a suit, even without it, he simply idolizes.
“Returning to his place, Prokhor Petrovich completely approved all the resolutions that the suit had imposed during his short absence …”
Summing up the above, I would like to remind you that this material does not claim to be true. These are just associations caused by watching a wonderful Russian series and today’s actions of some Novosibirsk officials. Babr is in no way trying to label living people, and these comparisons are written for thought and cheer up. To be continued, of course.
