The fact is that Aleksey Gorlo is a modest head of the contract supply department at the St. Petersburg state budgetary institution Mostotrest. That is, to put it simply, an official in charge of procurement of Mostotrest with a salary of 120,000 rubles a month.

And this official takes and flies to the World Cup with his wife. On the one hand, he has a vacation – as he wants and where he wants, he spends it. But on the other hand, the question arises – and for what shisha? Because one ticket to the group stage of the World Championship cost an average of 300 dollars. To attend the final match of the football tournament, one had to pay 800 dollars. Plus a flight, and you have to live somewhere and eat something. But he brought Alexei Gorlo to Mostotrest and has been keeping him there for eight years already not by the immediate head of the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution Mostotrest Andrey Kochin, as one might think, but by Yury Valeryevich Burmashev, the modest deputy director of the trust for content.

Kochin became the director by accident, in 2019, and it was Burmashev who controlled and continues to control the corrupt procurement schemes. And it was he who brought the former tourism specialist Alexei Gorlo to Mostotrest. Who immediately justified his name, taking everyone by the throat.

Unlike Gorlo, Burmashev’s salary is known for certain, it also does not shine at all:

True, this did not help much – a subordinate let him down, whom he had trusted for years and whose ability to “arrange quests” he relied on. But now they have to rake together – by the “flight of the Valkyries”, that is, the four Gorls (or Gorlovs?) became interested in where it is supposed to be interested in such matters.

Apparently, Aleksey Gorlo realized that he had enough of a surplus and now he had problems. Because he was looking for a job:

First of all, this is Tatyana Vladimirovna Kalmbach, Deputy Director for Economics and Finance. Because it is through her hands that the money of a budgetary institution goes.
