Uralsevergaz sued tens of millions from Khimmash Energo

The debt for the resource was formed in the spring of this year.

The Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region satisfied the claim of Uralsevergaz JSC for the recovery of debts from Khimmash Energo LLC. The defendant must pay the resource provider more than 74.2 million rubles, according to the case file.

Liabilities were formed for March-April 2023. It should be noted that the decision of the Sverdlovsk arbitration has not entered into force, Khimmash Energo can appeal against it in an appeal.

In total, since the beginning of the year, the Arbitration Court of the Sverdlovsk Region has satisfied at least four claims of Uralsevergaz against the organization. Taking into account the latest decision, the court recognized the claims of the gas supplier in the amount of about 306.8 million rubles as justified.

The beneficiary of Khimmash Energo is Uralkhimmash, according to data from the Kontur.Focus system. The controlled enterprise supplies heat energy for heating and hot water supply to the residential sector, social facilities, industrial sites and enterprises of the Khimmash microdistrict in Yekaterinburg.

Recall that the majority shareholders of Uralsevergaz are LLC RN-Commerce (67%, part of Rosneft) and the Sverdlovsk government (30%), according to information from the organization’s website. At the end of April 2023, the supplier estimated the debts of consumers at 8.45 billion rubles, where the largest amount (7.85 billion) related to housing and communal services enterprises. Including, as Pravda UrFO reported, since the beginning of the year, Uralsevergaz has sued more than 320 million from JSC United Heat Supply Company (OTSK).
