FSSP accused the director of “BRU” of spending bypassing multimillion-dollar debts

Dmitry Starikov, director of Bakal Mining Administration LLC, received another criminal case.

According to the GU FSSP for the Chelyabinsk region, the top manager of enterprises is accused of ignoring a court decision on the need to pay off debts to creditors.

To clarify, the new proceedings are connected with the enforcement proceedings for the recovery of 930 thousand rubles from the enterprise in favor of one of BRU’s creditors. As part of the proceedings, the FSPP imposed restrictions on the movement of funds on the accounts of the mining department, but the money actually did not come to them.

“The investigator found that during the period of non-payment, the organization had large funds, which, in accordance with the instructions of the director of the LLC, were directed by counterparties in favor of third parties, bypassing the arrested settlement accounts of the organization, from where they were spent at the discretion of the management of LLC Bakalskoye Mine Administration for purposes not related to the enforcement of a judgment. On the basis of the materials collected, a criminal case was initiated under Part 2 of Art. 315 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation,” the FSPP noted.

Currently, the case materials have been submitted to the court for consideration on the merits.

It should be noted that the new episode became the basis for the 57th criminal case against the head of the enterprise. The company owes more than 22 million rubles to creditors and utility providers. Numerous attempts by counterparties to bankrupt BRU were rejected by arbitration. So, as Pravda UrFO previously described in detail, the proceedings have been ongoing since 2018, but they do not bring significant results.
