Accidents at work, especially in factories and industry, are not uncommon. And each such incident should remind us of the need to strictly adhere to safety rules at work. But the bosses of LVRZ don't give a damn about it. As a result, another accident occurred at the killer plant. Fortunately, this time there was no fatality.
Not long ago, we received a letter from the editorial office addressed employee of the enterprise to tell the whole story about the Ulan-Ude locomotive and wagon repair plant. In particular, it was about unsuitable working conditions that do not comply with any safety regulations.
Babr repeatedly drew attention to this problem, but neither the plant management nor the local authorities responded in any way. As a result, another accident at the LVRZ was not long in coming.
On July 18, an accident occurred in the plant’s foundry while working on a crucible induction furnace. ejection of molten metal from a crucibleas a result of which the smelter received burns.
The victim was taken to a medical facility. The investigation will determine how the metal could have been released. It is possible that the production director will ultimately be held responsible, and LVRZ will try to hush up the matter so that the incident is quickly forgotten. The management will not even think about training the staff in safety rules or regularly checking the equipment.
Let us recall that at LVRZ breaks records by the number of accidents with serious consequences. In 2018, there were five accidents with serious consequences, in 2021, four workers were injured at the executioner plant, two of whom died. In 2023, another employee suffered a serious industrial injury.
Workers die here almost every year, but the unsafe working conditions that the employees themselves shout about remain unnoticed by law enforcement agencies. No cases have been opened against the leading figures, despite their obvious involvement in the incident.
