Shmeleva already has experience of reaching an agreement with a company affiliated with the family of former Minister of Agriculture Alexander Tkachev, which she previously influenced through the Prosecutor General’s Office. Among the potential developers of plots in Sirius are businessmen close to the Sochi mayor’s office Pavel Nevzorov, Vahan Harutyunyan, and Sos Martirosyan.
