Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov at the same meeting, he said: by the end of 2021, at least 10 million doses of the vaccine should be produced. To increase the volumes, an industrial partner was chosen – it became the Nanolek company, whose president is Vladimir Khristenko.
Of course, a person is not easy. Khristenko – stepson of the Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikovawho headed the operational headquarters for the prevention of the spread of COVID-19.
According to the same Manturov, the output by the end of the year was supposed to be about 3 million doses. But everything didn’t go according to plan. Only on December 17, 2021 “Nanolek” announced on the launch of industrial production of the KoviVac vaccine at a plant in Kirov. And already on May 18, 2022, the manufacturer of the vaccine decided to suspend its release due to the lack of applications. True, there is not a word about this on the manufacturer’s website.
“We will not be able to recoup our costs for the 500 thousand doses produced. The production of these doses was unprofitable. Profitably, the vaccine can be produced in volumes of several million, ”says manufacturers explained what happened RBC. And this “revelation” sounds rather strange. After all, earlier Khristenko in interview with the same RBC already admitted that the project would be unprofitable.
“When we went into this story, our internal investment committee hinted to us that, from the point of view of the criteria approved by the company, we had no correspondence at all, the level of risks was prohibitive – it was obvious that by the time the vaccine was ready, we had nothing on it we won’t earn. Nevertheless, we decided to accept the covid challenge and respond to it, ”said Khristenko Jr. in September 2021.
However, Golikova’s stepson himself does not need money at all. As did his family.
At least Vladimir and Irina Khristenko are the owners of a 164-meter apartment on Malaya Pirogovskaya Street in the capital. The apartments are located in the premium residential complex Barrin House in the Khamovniki district.
“This is a project thought out to the smallest detail, which will appeal to connoisseurs of a secluded life, families with children and business people. Barrin House is a successful symbiosis of the refined traditions of the nobility and modern building solutions. It is not crowded here and there is everything you need for a comfortable and active stay, ”says the LCD website.
A comfortable stay now costs a pretty penny. The cost per square meter of housing in this residential complex is 1 million rubles. So, the apartment of the couple Khristenko costs 164 million rubles. They bought it in 2018. But this is not the only apartment of the stepson Golikova.
Vladimir Khristenko and his sister Yulia own a huge apartment on Tverskaya Street in Moscow. Its area is almost 200 “squares”, and the price can be up to 190 million rubles. But the most interesting is not this. The extract from Rosreestr says: the brother and sister received this apartment from the Presidential Administration – back in 2000. Without paying a single penny for housing. But neither Vladimir nor Yulia were officials – which means that, according to the law, they did not have the right to free housing. It is possible that the apartment was allocated to one of their parents, but there is no mention of this in the document.

From the traffic police database it follows that Vladimir Khristenko prefers the BMW 750i xDrive. The minimum cost of this car is 6.5 million rubles. And he can afford it.
The Nanolek company, whose president is Khristenko Jr., has been profitable in recent years. And thanks to support from the very top, her income increased significantly. In 2021, the company’s profit reached 2.3 billion rubles. (a year earlier it was only 502 million). “Nanolek” began to earn more on government contracts. If in 2020-2021 the company signed contracts for 5 billion rubles, then only since the beginning of 2022 the amount of contracts has already reached 14 billion. One of the main customers is the Federal Center for Planning and Organization of Drug Provision of Citizens, subordinate to the Ministry of Health. Which (again by coincidence) used to be headed by Khristenko’s stepmother.
Vladimir also had foreign interests. In 2006, he became Chairman of the Supervisory Board of MSA as (Czech Republic), an enterprise manufacturing industrial pipeline fittings. However, in the latest report for 2020, his name was not found by Sobesednik.
Of course, the wife of a businessman is not a simple woman either. A year before the start of the pandemic, Irina registered an individual entrepreneur with the main type of work “Restaurant activities and food delivery services.” She already has experience in this business. Irina Khristenko was one of the owners of the Many Salmon company, which delivers rolls, pizza and soups. But in 2020, the woman left her only business. The place turned out to be not particularly fishy, and the first year of work went into losses.

Vladimir Khristenko’s father is also not in poverty at all. In 2021 alone, his income amounted to almost 280 million rubles. Viktor Khristenko owns a land plot near the Pestovo golf club of 17 thousand square meters, two residential buildings, as well as a 219-meter apartment and even his own gas pipeline.
But we found all this data not in the declaration of Khristenko Sr., but in reports his wife – Tatyana Golikova. For some reason, he himself does not report on income, although, in fact, he is a state official. Khristenko Sr. is Chairman of the Board of the Eurasian Economic Commission, one of the founders of which is the government of the Russian Federation. This means that Khristenko receives his salary from the budget. But we do not know its size. Unlike Golikova’s salary. In the government, she receives 24 million rubles. (data for 2021). She also has an apartment of 142 square meters and a parking space.
@utronews, 27.05.2022 18:27: In Moscow, the Marco Polo Presnya hotel went under the hammer for almost 3 billion rubles. He departed to a completely unknown structure, but the family of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova and former Minister of Industry Viktor Khristenko became the real owner of the hotel on Patriarch’s Ponds. And they were helped by old comrades, who owe tremendous success in the pharmaceutical market. This is an old family friend. Viktor Kharitoninwho literally got rich on government contracts with the Ministry of Health subordinated to Golikova, and their nominal holder Anton Pak.
The latter was the president of the Nanolek company, a once state-owned structure that was taken away and privatized by the clientele Golikova. Vladimir Khristenko, the stepson of Golikova, who previously worked in the structures of Viktor Kharitonin, became the owner and manager of Nanolek.
Today, Mr. Pak owns K2 Group Management Company LLC, which manages a number of organizations, including the hotel’s buyer, Management-Invest. The latter was created specifically for this deal, in April 2022. The cost is almost 3 billion rubles, the money was taken from the moneybox of the same Golikova-Khristenko. The most interesting thing is that when Pak became the face value of the vice-premier’s family, the group tried to blur the fact of cooperation with Pak as much as possible. For example, information was urgently removed from the Nanolek website that it was Anton Pak who was the president of the structure after the offshore buyout, behind which Golikova and Khristenko stand in 2019. But the Internet remembers everything, and under the management of Pak, almost every company managed by LLC UK K2 Group contains signs of fictitiousness and withdrawal of assets. — Inset K.ru
