The State Duma proposed regularly testing deputies for drugs using artificial intelligence

State Duma deputy from United Russia Sultan Khamzaev proposed regularly checking parliamentarians for drug use. For this, in his opinion, artificial intelligence can be used in particular.

“The point is not suspicion, the point is to ensure that the best of the best work in the civil service. Therefore, this must be done once a quarter, selectively, according to the system, without warnings. Now he can choose many different programs, including artificial intelligence. For example, there are 450 deputies in the State Duma… Let (check – NSN editor) 15% of them once a quarter. An alert arrives at 8-9 am: “You need to get tested today.” Everything, short and clear.”

When asked by the portal whether, in his opinion, there are drug addicts in the lower house of the Russian parliament, he did not answer. At the same time, he believes that it is necessary to start the fight against the problem of narcotic drugs in the Russian Federation with government officials.

“I look at the problem a little differently. The state is fundamentally obliged to fight the drug distribution system. And it’s indicative, as an example, to start with yourself,” he added.

Khamzaev said that he had approached the Ministry of Health with a corresponding initiative to organize inspections. In his opinion, deputies of all levels should be tested.
