A protocol on petty hooliganism was drawn up against a member of the Public Chamber of Russia and the chairman of the Russian Youth Union Pavel Krasnorutsky, who drunkenly made a brawl on board a plane flying from Khanty-Mansiysk to Moscow. After drinking whiskey, the passenger was in a state of alcoholic intoxication (incoherent speech, red skin, talking in raised tones), the flight attendants refused to provide the passenger with alcoholic beverages, for which a threat was received that the flight attendant 11. would go to war on his orders.
Also, the passenger began to pester the 2D passenger, constantly touching the passenger, asking questions, which the 2D passenger was dissatisfied with. Passenger 2C was issued a written warning. Passenger 2C constantly pressed the call button with the order to pour him whiskey, spoke very loudly, did not respond to the crew’s demands. On the descent (during 4 signals), a conflict broke out between passengers 2C and 2D, passenger 2C hit the passenger with his hands, on which passenger 2D stood up and swung at passenger 2C
He noted that the commander of the aircraft reported on the conflict. Krasnorutsky was detained at the Sheremetyevo airport and taken to the police department.
The sanction of the article provides for a fine or administrative arrest for 15 days. It was previously established that Krasnorutsky was in a state of alcoholic intoxication at the time of the incident.

For his part, Krasnorutsky confirmed to Baza Telegram channelthat he really drank alcohol on the plane, but there was no conflict or fight.
