Egor Ustinov
Part of the city council, and a large part, obviously went crazy. According to Telegram channels, the deputies appointed Yegor Ustinov as the deputy of Kievgaz. This is a clear sign of collective insanity, writes Anticorrosive.
Egor Alexandrovich Ustinov until the end of December 2022 served as Deputy Head of the Kherson Regional Council. He was elected to the deputies from the Opposition Platform for Life.
Moreover, Ustinov was the first number on the list, that is, the face of the pro-Russian party. But that’s not all. That’s what writes on this occasion, the former head of the Kherson Regional State Administration Boris Silenkov:
“Deputies in Kiyvradi, what are you doing? Since 2014, the rock in the Kherson region has shown a pro-Russian look. As an intercessor of the head of the Kherson region, the head of the Opposition Platform for Life faction, Tuesday, February 24th. They threw 1,200 children from the orphanages in the region to the orcs, without ensuring their evacuation. ZSU until 1 birch were chomping for Antonivskyi Mist, and the abomination flowed in … Why do the boys die, if you are selling Ukraine! ”:
And that’s not all – according to the TG-channel “Joker”, Yegor Ustinov was in the city during the occupation of Kherson, and no one touched him.
Nobody touched his father, the director of the Dnieper market (a market in Kherson) Alexander Ustinov, who during the occupation was engaged in outright racketeering with the help of the “liberators”. Local Edition “Ukrainian South”reported that the director of the empty Dnieper market, Alexander Ustinov, was collecting tribute from the elements located on Mira Street. Such illegal activity was approved and protected by the so-called “military commandant of the region”, appointed by the Russian Federation.
Yegor Ustinov’s mother also does not differ in love for Ukraine – she is a classmate and business partner of Yuriy Boyko.
Egor Ustinov was born in Gorlovka, Donetsk region, and for a long time worked in various positions in the Kherson region – from the deputy chairman of the RGA to the first deputy chairman of the HOCA Nikolay Kostyak. Recall that Kostyak was recently accused of treason.
Not long before Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Kherson activists tried to get the SBU to initiate a criminal case against Ustinov and even picketed the regional council.
Then they directly stated that Yegor Ustinov was openly preparing for the arrival of the Russians and was organizing subversive activities outside the region.
The picket took place on November 26, 2021, exactly three months later there were Russian tanks in Kherson, and Ustinov, as activists of the National Corps had warned, met them with lists of patriots prepared ahead of time. But the SBU did not notice Ustinov’s activities either then or now.
The reward for the outspoken traitor and collaborator is the position of deputy head of Kievgaz. Which is simply amazing.
However, there is a logical explanation for this appointment. Apparently, someone in the Kyiv City Council needed Ustinov’s services in a slightly different area. Namely, embezzlement. Because Yegor Ustinov was a defendant in a criminal case back in 2016:
On acting Yegor Ustinov, director of Khersonelectrotrans, leader of the Opposition Bloc faction in the city council, then opened a criminal case under article 364 of the Criminal Code – abuse of power or official position. From the accounts of the enterprise headed by him – KP “Khersonelectrotrans” – in one day, bypassing the ProZorro system, the amount of half a million hryvnias was transferred in several payments.
On May 18, 2016, 23 payments were made from the settlement account of Khersonelectrotrans to the account of Global Prom Import LLC in the amount of less than UAH 30,000 for a total of more than UAH 500,000. Everything was bought: from glue to rubber mats. The amount of half a million hryvnias was divided into parts in order not to use the ProZorro system (according to the decision of the session of the Kherson City Council, the online auction system is used for the cost of goods from UAH 30,000) and not to conduct tender purchases.
The criminal case, as you understand, ended in nothing, and Yegor Ustinov continued his career. Perhaps it was his ability to bypass the ProZorro system that someone in Kyiv needed. Although the system was canceled “because of the war and power cuts,” Ustinov’s talent for stealing money from budgets has not gone away.

This is a certificate of Ustinov’s salary as deputy chairman of the head of the Kherson Regional Council for nine months of the year before last. This is just when he was preparing to meet the invaders.
Compare it with the salary of our soldiers, who died, among other things, because of Ustinov’s activities. And show it to that smart guy who said that “30,000 hryvnia for a soldier is a lot.”
But back to Yegor Ustinov, who received a new and very good position instead of prison. What will happen to Kievgaz after that is not difficult to guess. At least on the example of a photo of the Kherson trolley bus when Ustinov was the head of the local electric transport:
But this is if the people of Kiev are lucky. It is much more logical to assume a more terrible and sad outcome, taking into account the activities of Yegor Ustinov and all his relatives during the occupation of Kherson and the region.
We hope that the deputies of the Kyiv City Council still went crazy, and did not deliberately vote for the appointment of Yegor Ustinov.
