The Chelyabinsk Central Court annulled the decision to launch a criminal investigation against the deceased former owner of the Montazhnik company, Viktor Tulupov, who was in conflict with Alexander Dubrovsky, son of the former governor Boris Dubrovsky. According to lawyer Anna Tarasova, who represents the interests of Tulupov’s daughter, the process of initiation was violated.
Tarasova said that it was determined that the “abuse of office” charges against Tulupov were unlawful because no evidence was found in his actions. compound crimes. There are also no grounds for an investigation under the article on “Intentional bankruptcy”.
However, according to the lawyer, the investigation has not yet been completed. There is still an investigation against Tulupov under the article “Causing property damage by fraudulent means”. This investigation began on the complaint of the younger Dubrovsky.
Tarasova expressed confidence that the investigation would be carried out objectively and legal decisions would be made.
The conflict between Tulupov and Dubrovsky began in May 2021. After the death of Tulupov, the case was suspended until the heirs were determined. The whole dispute is connected with the company “Installer”, previously owned by Tulupov. When the company went bankrupt with debts of two billion rubles, Dubrovsky Jr. went to court, accusing Tulupov of cheating during the deal and filed a complaint with the police.
