Even the distinguished guests from China prefer to use the service of their countrymen in other countries. This is about Xi Jinping and the prestigious Soluxe Hotel in the north of the capital.
President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping stayed at the five-star Soluxe Hotel Moscow on Wilhelm Pieck Street. Nearby are the Botanical Garden, Ostankino Park and VDNKh. Spend the next weekend in this hotel will cost from 22 to 92 thousand rubles. The presidential suite with an area of 373 square meters will cost many times more – Xi Jinping took it. Located on the top 20th floor, this room offers panoramic views of China Landscape Park. There are seven rooms inside: a luxurious living room combined with a dining room, a bar area and a separate kitchen; two elegant bedrooms and a spacious office; two separate bathrooms with showers, bathtub and Jacuzzi; Turkish hammam with women’s and men’s area; guest bathroom and walk-in closets. The Presidential Suite is prepared individually for the arrival of each guest.
Life found out who runs the hotel where the leader of China is staying. This is a company registered almost twenty years ago – Park Huaming LLC. All this time, its main activity was construction. Net profit for 2021 there reached almost a billion rubles, for 2022 – almost two billion. Judging by the SPARK database, Huaming Park belongs to the Chinese Huaming International Investment Corporation. And that, in turn, is accountable to the Chinese Commission of the State Council for Supervision of State Property and Management.
Most of the top managers of the hotel are Chinese. Food and service is managed by Mr. Lee Jeng. Investments are distributed by Mr. Zhao Qinghua. Tour operators and logistics are supervised by Ms. Han Xuemei. Recently, the latter held a master class in one of the Moscow universities on how to become a Sinologist and where this specialty is in demand.
Russians also work at the Soluxe Hotel Moscow. For example, the Human Resources Director is Anna Zhilenkocorporate leader — Irina Vinogradova.
Currently, only one case involving Park Huamin LLC is being considered in Russian courts. The hotel is one of the main creditors (we are talking about a lawsuit for 311 million rubles) of the Arteza company, which is engaged in landscape improvement. Now Arteza is going bankrupt. One of its co-owners is the famous Russian businessman Denis Kusenkov.
