Cargo gates of Sheremetyevo, which work properly in the face of competition, want to subordinate to one of the companies. State Duma deputy Anatoly Vyborny acted as “heavy artillery”. In the commercial confrontation, Moscow Cargo had previously crossed the line. Now requests flew from the hero to match. The deputy flashed real estate in the Eurozone countries, which in the current realities is not a positive signal.
background
Just last month, the Versiya newspaper wrote that the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Prosecutor’s Office are investigating cases of violations of antimonopoly legislation by the administration of the airport and its subsidiary cargo terminal LLC Moscow Cargo.
Impressive facts were revealed – a presentation was circulated in which its competitor – a completely Russian company Sheremetyevo-Cargo JSC – was declared to have actually stopped working. On the diagram, opposite Sheremetyevo-Cargo, apparently, the Moscow Cargo PR people put a bold red cross. On one of the last pages, quite frankly, another kind of assistance was offered – for example, a quick solution to problems with customs, and, in general, an individual approach from the airport. Wasn’t there just some kind of wink – they say, well, you understand …
Innocent prank? Unfortunately no. Later, letters sent allegedly on behalf of Moscow Cargo to partner airlines of the Russian company fell into the hands of journalists. They offered favorable conditions in the purest English – when switching to servicing fans of non-traditional advertising, there were promises to help and “beat out” a 25% discount from the parent airport for airport services that had nothing to do with the cargo. Profitable! Just how legal? There are serious doubts here. By the way, according to one of the violations identified earlier, the FAS quite frankly stated that it sees neither more nor less, but the abuse of a dominant position. But given the strict legislative approach to the basic airport fare for takeoff and landing (At one time, Sheremetyevo, through a bunch of documents and approvals, received from the state the right to double it exactly), we can even talk about damage to the interests of the state …
And if only that was the case! Other shocking information was also received in the audit materials – how, almost by force, the cargo that they asked to be transferred to Sheremetyevo-Cargo was taken away from customers, how partner airlines of the terminal were denied allocation of take-off and landing slots, suggesting that they consider the possibility of switching to an airport subsidiary.
According to rough estimates sent to the Prosecutor’s Office, the amount of damage exceeded 150 million rubles, which means that we can talk about especially large cases.
Unless, of course, the check can be carried out to the end – after all, heavy artillery has come into play.
Deputy request
Almost at the same time that Russian law enforcement officers received this information, they also received a whole deputy’s request … Do you think the deputy was indignant at the information found by journalists and decided to take the case under his deputy’s control?
No matter how! Deputy Anatoly Vyborny wrote a complaint against … Sheremetyevo-Cargo, accusing the Russian company of many deadly sins. Allegedly, there are problems with customs clearance, and the interests of the staff are violated, and in general, it would be time to arrange a massive comprehensive check of the terminal that dared to complain about the violation of its rights.
Probably, it was embarrassing for the inspectors from the Prosecutor’s Office to come to the Sheremetyevo-Cargo office – the situation is quite obvious. But a deputy’s request is such a thing, it is impossible not to respond to it according to the law.
Deputy Anatoly Vyborny spent his entire life in public service, not a single day in business. But, for sure, he also knows a lot about this – if only because, according to messages on the network, his wife in the old days declared income forty million rubles a year, and in a particularly successful 2015 – as much as 54.4 million. Yes, and scandals happened – for example, in 2016, when the whole country was still getting used to new external challenges, property in Montenegro was found in the wife of a deputy. Then even Moskovsky Komsomolets wrote about this, and in general the situation turned out to be uncomfortable. A land plot of 989 square meters, a house of 500 square meters – not somewhere in the Tambov region or even in the Moscow region, but in a country that claims to join NATO.
Then the scandal seemed to be hushed up – they wrote that the villa in Montenegro, located in the city with the cute name Dobrota, was rewritten to one of the sons.
I don’t want to look into other people’s pockets (although in the case of deputies, the people have every right to do this, since our legislation requires us to declare everything), but how strange it all looks … At Sheremetyevo-Cargo, for example, with not the largest size of the enterprise , more than 270 shareholders – and all citizens of Russia, mainly former and current employees of the enterprise. They, unfortunately, do not have such villas – everything that the company earns, it invests in its own production.
Now the employees and management of Sheremetyevo-Cargo are afraid that the deputy will demand scary cars indicatively – for example, the deprivation of some important work license. And there, while the court, while the case – now there will be no one to defend.
And the prank of Moscow Cargo, pulling on a particularly large size, will be smoothly forgotten against this background.
Anatoly Vyborny and his Holy Communions
But not so long ago, Anatoly Vyborny gave out amazingly interesting interviews. He played Paganini on the piano to journalists and told how he goes to Church every day, and even takes communion.
“If every official went to church, we would not have crime and corruption” – how you want to believe in these words! As in others, about the benefits of the Anti-Corruption Charter of Russian Business:
“Those who join the charter take moral obligations not to bribe officials, not to “order” contractors” – it’s hard to believe that such correct words were heard from the mouth of a deputy not so long ago, who is now writing a demand to punish a company that dared to complain about a violation law.
