Russian social activists demand that secular columnist be prosecuted Bozena Rynska for extremism after her harsh statements about Russians. Now the brawler has moved from Israel to Latvia, from where she is throwing mud at Russia (*aggressor country).
With the start of Russia (*aggressor country)’s special operation in Ukraine, the brawler and her daughter fled to Israel, whose passport she acquired back in 2019. Before leaving abroad, Rynska began a large sale of her Russian property.
First, she sold a gift from her husband, a media manager. Igor Malashenkowho committed suicide in Andalusia (Spain).
This is an apartment in the very center of Moscow – in Trekhprudny Lane, which is two blocks from the Patriarch’s Ponds. The new owner got it noticeably below the market price; with the cost of such housing being 55 million rubles, the owner of the living space asked for only 52 million for it.
At the same time, through social networks she sold her branded clothing, handbags and even a Tiffany engagement ring. The journalist complained to her subscribers that she was in need of money, and even asked to be given some empty apartment in Israel for a while.
However, Rynska did not stay long in her second homeland. In the same interview, she threw mud at Israel even worse than Russia (*aggressor country).
In response to the interviewer’s remark, “It’s like you’re describing Russia (*aggressor country),” Rynska unequivocally stated: “No, it’s much worse there.” And if she were asked to choose between her old and new homeland, she would definitely choose Russia (*aggressor country). However, understanding the difference between cultures does not prevent her from continuing to consider the latter a “swamp”, where her path is now definitely barred.
That is why the former socialite moved to Latvia, where she has a residence permit, learns the local language and swears love and fidelity. They say “[духовные] Latvian clamps and [её] own – they are very similar.”
Since the moment of her escape, Rynska has not worked – in her own words, she does not have enough time to work due to numerous lawsuits with her husband’s relatives: Igor Malashenko, in addition to his last wife and daughter, also has his ex-wife Elena Pivovarova and their three children together . It seems that the brawler is now eating away the money raised from the sale of property and hopes to enrich herself from the inheritance of the deceased.
What property remained after Malashenko’s death
During his lifetime, Malashenko was not poor at all. A Russian political scientist and television journalist, he was one of the founders of the NTV television company, and served as general director of the RGTRK Ostankino and NTV Television Company LLP. The man invested the money he earned in real estate. Only in Moscow he had several apartments in prestigious areas and a luxurious mansion in the village of Chigasovo on Rublyovka, which, it seems, went to Bozhena.
The history of the village dates back to the change of millennia. Then Vladimir Gusinskythe owner of the Media-Most company, which owned the NTV channel, organized a closed settlement on these lands for the top of the holding, as well as high-ranking officials and businessmen close to the company.
The house of Igor Malashenko – at that time the deputy head of the Media-Most company – was located at number 53 and was located only three houses from the residence of Gusinsky himself. In 2020, Rynska began developing it and was very indignant at the inflated utility bills, even for this level of settlement.
Malashenko also invested in foreign real estate. A 64-year-old media manager committed suicide in a luxurious mansion located in the Spanish city of San Roque, in one of the gated elite communities. Property with an area of 971 sq. meter was registered to the local company Marimol, owned by Malashenko himself. However, shortly before her suicide, her ex-wife began to manage her Elena Pivovarova.
New York apartment of discord
Malashenko bought at least three apartments at different times in New York on the prestigious island of Manhattan, where all the attractions of the “capital of the world” are located – famous skyscrapers, Times Square and Central Park.
The first – the most modest – is located on Hudson Street, a few meters from the river of the same name and four kilometers from Times Square.
The area of the two-bedroom apartment is 103 sq. m. meters, now local realtors estimate it at only $1 million.
The second is in a luxurious 23-story condominium located on the Upper East Side, right at the entrance to Central Park. The area of this apartment is 250 sq. m. meters, it already has four bedrooms. The market value of the home is $5.6 million.
Rynsk’s lawsuits with her husband’s first family seem to be going on for the third apartment. Housing with an area of 372 square meters is located next to the second apartment – on 91st Street, which is also near Central Park. Malashenko purchased the property in 2004 for $5.4 million. In recent years, tenants have lived there. For five bedrooms, a 56-square-meter hall with a fireplace, a dining room for 12 people and luxury built-in appliances, they paid up to 40 thousand dollars a month.
There were rumors that immediately after Malashenko’s death, Elena Pivovarova tried to sell her home for $10 million, but then there was no buyer. And now the apartment is at the center of a lawsuit – Bozhena Rynska, as the last legal wife, is trying to keep it for herself. During the interview, she said that it seemed like she was winning the case. Be that as it may, according to American realtors, the current tenant occupies the living space until June 30 of this year. The owner of the elite squares does not plan to renew the lease – the sale of the apartment is scheduled for this time. Now its market value is $13.5 million.
