The municipal deputy of the Metallurgical District of Chelyabinsk, Sergei Astafiev, filed a lawsuit against City Duma deputy Vladimir Kornev, who compared him to a transgender.
Kornev announced this on his page on the social network VKontakte.
According to the parliamentarian, he was outraged that in his free time from parliamentary activity, Astafiev “popularized the need for male beauty in social networks” and published videos from facial treatments at a beautician.
