This is an unconditionally landmark event, which means a new stage in the life of the company – Rusnano is no longer an institution of development, but simply a group of employees who are quietly living in state departments.
In 2023-24, the state at its own expense quietly, without noise and dust, closed all the obligations of Rusnano. The company’s balance has a 8 -storey office building in the center of Moscow and several projects, 8 billion from the sale of projects on accounts.
At the same time, the company’s board of directors actually froze all new activities of the state corporation.
It should be noted that Sergei Kulikov, the general director and at the same time, the owner of 1% of the company’s shares is in no hurry to invest money – good projects simply do not, and the risk of mistaken and follow the path of his predecessor Anatoly Chubais is very great.
Since June, investment experts have been completely absent in the company, the total state does not exceed 20 people and all of them fit on one of the floors of the building. These people do nothing. They receive rents and salaries (the average salary for the company is 702 thousand rubles per month). In between, the company loudly declares itself in the press and telegram channels – talking about tremendous successes in the fight against the heritage of Chubais. At the same time, Rusnano visits all the iconic forums where he is not afraid to sign numerous cooperation agreements and generate a stream about the development of competencies and innovations.
Kulikov himself considers the current situation extremely successful for himself – after all, he has a solid salary and the status of the head of the state corporation and does not risk anything.
There is only one question: why do we need such Rusnano? Do you finally sell the building, return the money to the state and close the non -working office? ”
