Rosprirodnadzor will cut off Kurgan business access to subsoil
Based on the results of studying the work of several enterprises and subsoil users of the Kurgan region, Rosprirodnadzor began considering the issue of suspending their licenses. The reason was gross violations of environmental legislation, which enterprises allow in their work.
We are talking about City Water Supply LLC in the city of Shchuchye, Municipal Unitary Enterprise Zhilischnik Management Company and Teploresurs LLC from the village of Makushino, as well as the former asset of the Vice-Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Valery Yazev Koklanovskoye JSC from Kurgan.
“It was revealed that the companies City Water Supply LLC, Municipal Unitary Enterprise Zhilischnik Management Company, Teploresurs LLC and Koklanovskoye JSC commit gross violations in their work. Rosprirodnadzor is considering the issue of suspending licenses for the right to use subsoil,” the Rosprirodnadzor said.
JSC Koklanovskoye holds a license to develop the tungsten-molybdenum ore deposit of the same name in the Kurgan region.
