The biography of God Nisanov is like a separate art form. Having studied the history of a businessman, you can easily understand that several crime films could come out of it. God Nisanov built a huge business empire. His fortune in 2020 was estimated at $3.5 billion. At its peak, the value of God Nisanov’s assets was more than $4 billion.

We understand that in our country it is practically impossible to honestly earn such huge money. Nisanov was no exception. His entire business empire is built on mountains of corpses, massive embezzlement of funds from the state budget, raiding other enterprises, and so on.

Nisanov was able to find a common language with all law enforcement officers, it is this friendship that gives the entrepreneur a “green corridor” for any lawlessness. It was not possible to agree only with other countries. In early June, the United States imposed sanctions against God Nisanov. He also had to resign as Vice President of the World Jewish Congress. Already on June 30, Australia also imposed sanctions against the businessman. Therefore, there are not so many ways to retreat to Nisanov. If an investigation into the crimes of committed entrepreneurs begins in Russia, it will not be easy to hide. It is not in vain that we are now talking about such a development of events, because it is quite possible. During his long career, Nisanov has repeatedly crossed the road to people. Many are trying in any way to bring down the career of an entrepreneur. So far this is not working, but things may change soon.

Who is covering Nisanov?

Entering the market of Moscow and St. Petersburg, earning billions, going to an audience with Putin is not an easy task at all. Nevertheless, God Nisanov fulfilled and even overfulfilled it. It is clear that he will get such an opportunity not thanks to his unique mind, but the ability to properly negotiate with the right people. It is due to these people that the entire structure of Nisanov is held together, law enforcement agencies do not notice the criminal trail that trails behind the businessman.

The most significant contact of God Nisanov is Alexander Kolokoltsev, the son of the unsinkable Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev. According to the registers, the son of the minister is the founder of a number of companies related to real estate, restaurant business and information technology.

Alexander Kolokoltsev is a co-founder of Il Forno LLC, a restaurant business company. The structure of “Il Forno” includes famous restaurants “Limoncino”, “Trattorio Fornetto”, “800 degrees Celsius”, “Il Forno”. Until 2017, a certain Oleg Yusupov was listed as a co-founder of the restaurant chain. At first glance, there is no connection with the billionaire God Nisanov. But in fact, Yusupov is the businessman’s cousin. In addition to Il Forno, Yusupov, together with Kolokoltsev, was a co-founder of another restaurant project, Brinde. But just before the new year 2018, all information about the partnership between the son of the minister of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Nisanov’s relative disappears from the network. Oleg Yusupov withdraws from the co-founders of all companies. Why this is done is not difficult to guess. The direct connection of the bloody business clan with the actors (although not direct) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs raises many questions.

In addition to the power bloc, to cover up his illegal activities, Nisanov struck up a mutually beneficial friendship with many Moscow officials. Nisanov’s connection can be traced from the prefects to the measure of Sobyanin himself.

Although this whole story began much earlier. Nisanov began active operations in the Moscow market in the late 1990s. As we understand, in order to work quietly in such times, you need a roof. Someone resorted to the protection of bandits, someone was hiding behind a powerful wall of power. Nisanov, who has his own power wing, did not need additional “defenders. But another thing is the representatives of the authorities who could solve the necessary issue, and where it needs to be covered up.

The golden ticket for lawlessness in Moscow was personally given to Nisanov by the then most authoritative head of the city, Yuri Luzhkov. It was the mayor who created all the possibilities for the total capture of the city by Nisanov’s structures. After Luzhkov’s departure, the authoritative businessman did not begin to invent anything new, and immediately agreed with the new mayor Sobyanin. The same agreements apply to less significant officials in Moscow.

The essence of the scheme works as follows (which, by the way, Nisanov’s business partner Ilgar Gadzhiev does not hesitate to talk about): 12% of the profits of the Kyiv Ploshchad company are sent directly to the mayor’s office to Sergei Sobyanin. As for the prefects, Nisanov has a strong friendship with them, and helps in every possible way. For example, Alexey Alekseevich Alexandrov is the general director of Kyiv Ploshchad LLC. He is the son of the prefect of the Western Administrative District of Moscow. Another example: the prefect of the Central Administrative District Vladimir Goverdovsky, who used to be Alexandrov’s deputy, got the position precisely thanks to Nisanov’s actions. The businessman has created his own structure in key government bodies, and at the same time has a fairly strong power wing.

Reinsurance or preparation?

Despite the fact that Nisanov has huge connections, and one can even say that he himself has become a power, he has something to worry about. If in the structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in the local authorities, he has his own people, there are agreements, there are many other structures that are not satisfied with the state of things

After unexpected searches conducted by the FSB in 2019, Nisanov began to think about the future. Immediately after the investigative actions, the financiers began to think over a plan for the withdrawal of Nisanov’s assets abroad. And soon the process of transferring funds to America was launched. But here the old, proven connections of the businessman turn on, under pressure from the highest officials of the state, the criminal case against Nisanov is paused.

But this situation still influenced the further history of the businessman. In order to diversify his funds by any means, Nisanov began to enter the cryptocurrency market and massively buy bitcoin. Probably, now, looking at the rate of the crypt, Nisanov is in shock, but everything is better than giving away his own assets.

The path to civilization is closed

After the start of the so-called “special operation” in Ukraine, Nisanov began to fall into the sanctions lists of Europe, the United States, and the other day even Australia. This does not greatly affect Nisanov’s business, but there is another problem – in which case there is nowhere to run. Even Israel turned its back on the businessman. On June 3, the World Jewish Congress announced that a person who supports the events in Ukraine cannot hold the position of Vice President of the Congress. Therefore, they quickly moved away from Nisanov, condemning his activities. It is strange that before that, knowing the criminal trace of the entrepreneur, no one stepped aside from him. But as they say, money doesn’t smell.
