Since last fall, Alla Pugacheva’s grandson, 31-year-old Nikita Presnyakov, has been living and working in the United States. He left his homeland immediately after the announcement of partial mobilization. According to rumors, he crossed the Russian border with a neighboring state on foot and flew overseas from there. Soon his wife, 25-year-old Alena Krasnova, joined him there, she is also a representative of the golden youth.
Judging by social networks, Alena Krasnova leads an active social life in America: she hangs out in the best clubs, goes to elite boutiques and plays sports. And the husband is recording a new album with his band Multiverse and shooting videos for local stars.
In order to work successfully in the USA, the grandson of the Diva took an American pseudonym and now introduces himself to colleagues as Nick Pres. He probably hides where he comes from.
Contrary to numerous articles in the media, the Presnyakovs did not settle in Los Angeles at all. According to American telephone directories, the couple is registered in the fashionable apartments of a skyscraper called Twenty Five Murray Street on the New York island of Manhattan. The area of their apartment is over 170 square meters. The cost is about 2.5 million dollars, and a month’s rent will cost about 15 thousand dollars.
All residences are spacious with wide red oak plank floors, stuccoed coffered ceilings and marble bathrooms. There are beautifully designed kitchens with top-notch stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and cherry wood cabinetry. For all residents there are indoor billiard rooms, saunas, gyms, swimming pools, laundries, a cinema, a kindergarten and a school. On the roof there is a recreation area with a terrace and a flooring of plants, realtors praise.
What Nikita Presnyakov owns at home
According to Rosreestr, Nikita Presnyakov owns a 249-square-meter mansion in Moscow in an elite tenement house built by order of Prince Obolensky-Neledinsky. This historic building is located in Varsonofevsky Lane and stands out for its “elegance”. The architect Lev Kekushev decorated the façade and all the interior spaces with ornamental stucco, and installed outlandish fireplaces in the halls. The living space here was originally acquired by Maxim Galkin, then he re-registered the right of ownership to Alla Pugacheva, and she, in turn, wrote to her grandson. The price of such real estate exceeds 100 million rubles.
In the 2000s, an estate was built for Alla Pugacheva with a pier and a servants’ building on the banks of the Istra River in the village of Berezhki. It was not possible to find out the area of the main house. Judging by the cadastral map, it is not demarcated. It is also impossible to recognize the current owner, but the media reported that the mansion was rewritten to Nikita Presnyakov. Before the beginning of the NWO, he and his wife really often went to Berezhki. However, the land of 70 acres, according to the USRR database, is not owned by Nikita, but by his mother Kristina Orbakaite. The price of the estate is about 135 million rubles.
Nikita Presnyakov, his wife and mother-in-law have a common business – the Niko Sport company registered in the Moscow village of Kommunarka, which sells sports equipment. Business turnover, according to the SPARK database, is up to 18 million rubles a year.
According to unconfirmed information, it was Nikita Presnyakov who in March-August last year looked after Galkin’s castle in the village of Gryazi.
So far, it remains unknown what his father, Vladimir Presnyakov, Jr., thinks about moving Nikita to the United States, who supports the Russian military and even gave them his fee from a concert in Moscow.
