A protocol on petty hooliganism was drawn up against a member of the Public Chamber of Russia and chairman of the Russian Youth Union Pavel Krasnorutsky, who drunkenly staged a brawl on board an airplane flying from Khanty-Mansiysk to Moscow. This was reported to TASS on Sunday by law enforcement agencies.
“The incident occurred the day before on board the Khanty-Mansiysk-Moscow plane. Pavel Krasnorutsky, chairman of the Russian Youth Union and a member of the Public Chamber, spoke obscenely about the flight attendants and refused to comply with their demands,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
@zhabaigaduka, 06/19/2023 12:14 PM: A source from the aviation industry sent a memo from the crew about this. Here is what it says:
– On flight 1385 (Khanty-Mansiysk – Moscow), an incident occurred when a passenger was handed over to the police. A platinum-level passenger Pavel Pavlovich Krasnorutsky (2C) drank whiskey during the flight.
The flight attendants noticed that the passenger was taking a glass of whiskey to economy class, passenger 24B. The passenger was given a verbal warning. The report of the FAC was made. After drinking whiskey, the passenger was in a state of alcoholic intoxication (incoherent speech, red skin, talking in raised tones), the flight attendants refused to provide the passenger with alcoholic beverages, for which a threat was received that the flight attendant 11. would go to war on his orders.
Also, the passenger began to pester the 2D passenger, constantly touching the passenger, asking questions, which the 2D passenger was dissatisfied with. Passenger 2C was issued a written warning. Passenger 2C constantly pressed the call button with the order to pour him whiskey, spoke very loudly, did not respond to the crew’s demands. On the descent (during 4 signals), a conflict broke out between passengers 2C and 2D, passenger 2C hit the passenger with his hands, on which passenger 2D stood up and swung at passenger 2C. — Inset K.ru
He noted that the commander of the aircraft reported on the conflict. Krasnorutsky was detained at the Sheremetyevo airport and taken to the police department. “A protocol has been drawn up against the violator under the article on petty hooliganism,” the law enforcement official added. The sanction of the article provides for a fine or administrative arrest for 15 days. It was previously established that Krasnorutsky was in a state of alcoholic intoxication at the time of the incident.
TASS does not yet have an official comment.
For his part, Krasnorutsky confirmed to the Baza Telegram channel that he really did drink alcohol on the plane, but there was no conflict or fight. “It’s like no one demanded whiskey from anyone, didn’t fight with anyone. Probably, it was wrong, we talked loudly and probably interfered. And then we landed, the police met and drew up a report for an unlawful violation,” said He.
@bazabazon, 06/19/2023 09:34: After a brawl on the plane, 1 ppm of alcohol was found in the blood of the head of the Russian Youth Union. And at the airport, he quarreled with the police. […] The chairman did not have a good conversation with the policemen: he began to swear and tried to grab them by the uniform. Fortunately for Krasnorutsky, things did not go any further – but he was found to have 1 ppm of alcohol, and it all ended with only two administrative protocols. But now Krasnorutsky may face a criminal case for application violence against a government official. — Inset K.ru
