The former advertising agency of TV presenter and blogger Anastasia Ivleeva has become the subject of interest of the Federal Tax Service. The agency also checks 20 other companies associated with it.
According to a number of TG channels, on May 12, the tax office immediately requested contracts, acceptance certificates, invoices for payment under contracts, business correspondence from several LLCs from 2020 to 2022 from several LLCs.
According to the TG-channel Baza, first of all, the tax authorities are interested in LLC Ivleeva Production and IP Uzenyuk Anastasia Vyacheslavovna.
From the letter cited by the source from the Federal Tax Service, it follows that “the request for documents is due to the conduct outside the framework of tax control measures along the chain of counterparties (the word is smeared) by LLC Ivleeva Production, IP Uzenyuk to obtain documents / information on specific transactions between (the word is smeared) and LLC” Ivleeva production” concerning the activities of the latter.
In turn, a Vedomosti source close to the government and an interlocutor familiar with the situation believe that the Federal Tax Service suspects LLCs and companies associated with Ivleeva of tax evasion.
The blogger herself has not yet commented on the situation. It is interesting that in her tg-channel (519 thousand subscribers) advertising publications – eight of them since November last year, are marked with the word “Advertisement” indicating the advertiser and his details. These are MTS PJSC and MTC Travel, as well as Tinkoff Bank.
Even more users are subscribed to Nastya Ivleeva on YouTube – 4.61 million subscribers and more than 418 million views. The blogger has been running the channel of the same name since 2013. In VK, 228 thousand people subscribed to her account.
As BV found out, Ivleeva Production LLC was registered in February 2020. The main activity is the production of films, video films and television programs. Last year, his staff consisted of three people. Revenue grew exponentially – 49.8 million rubles in the year of foundation, 119.7 million rubles – in 2021, 122.3 million rubles – last year. Net profit – 28, 75.9 and 45.7 million rubles, respectively.
According to the tax website, in 2021 the LLC paid 6.7, and in 2022 – 6.4 million rubles of income tax. At the same time, there is not a single claim from the Federal Tax Service in connection with non-payment of taxes in arbitration.
Since April of this year, the sole founder Anastasia Uzenyuk (name Ivleeva after marriage) has transferred 100% of her share to the CEO Anna Samakova. According to the SHOT edition, this is a childhood friend of the blogger, the girls grew up together in the village of Razmetelevo, Leningrad Region.
According to BV, from 2020 to September 2022, Ms. Samakova acted as an individual entrepreneur with a media representation activity. It was registered in the village of Razmetelevo.
Since 2016, an individual entrepreneur with the same type of activity has also been registered for Ms. Ivleeva-Uzenyuk in the Leningrad Region. Since 2019, five trademarks have been registered for it – “Nastya Ivleeva”, “AGENTSHOW” (one of Ivleeva’s YouTube channels), “AGENTGIRL”, “AGENT BEAUTY” and the most recent – “dropper bar”.
Moreover, both LLCs with the word “dropper” in the title – LLC “Group dropper” and LLC “Dropper group” no longer work. The first one was liquidated in April last year (it was created in 2021, a restaurant). The second is under liquidation. Both companies were created in 2021, are associated with the restaurant business, both ended their work with zero profit and loss – 1.3 and 6.6 million rubles, respectively. Neither the individual entrepreneurs nor the indicated LLCs have any courts with the Federal Tax Service.
The most profitable company with the participation of a blogger is Bee Knees LLC. It was established in 2021, the main activity is the production of other food products. Among the founders, apart from Nastya Ivleeva (45%), Paulus Vitalius and Alexey Klochkov (27.5% each). The latter has several other businesses in the capital related to food, flour production, clothing and advertising.
This LLC also registered five trademarks – EASY PEASY (the name of chips and energy drinks), CHIKI PIKI, HOTSY TOTSY (twice – for food and cosmetics), CHICHA BOOM. The company regularly paid income taxes – in 2021 – 371 thousand rubles, in 2022 – 9.1 million rubles. There are no arbitration proceedings.
The revenue of this LLC in the first year of operation amounted to 18.1 million rubles, net profit – 1.7 million rubles. In 2022 – 445.3 million rubles and 36.5 million rubles, respectively.
The most recent company with the participation of Nastya Ivleeva (20%) is Blesk LLC. It was registered in the capital in December last year and is associated with restaurants and food delivery. 80% of the charter capital of LLC was contributed by restaurateur and redeveloper Alexander Pichugin.
Moreover, experts believe that Ivleeva’s contribution may be marketing activity, while it was Pichugin who made the renovation of the premises, the purchase of equipment and alcohol in the amount of 10 to 30 million rubles. The company does not yet have financial indicators, as well as claims from the Federal Tax Service.
In 2021, Forbes named Nastya Ivleeva the richest blogger in Russia – her annual income then amounted to $ 2.7 million. In 2020, the media calculated that her income was 57.7 million rubles. As the star herself reported in an interview with Yuri Dudyu, advertising in stories of two Instagram accounts (owned by Meta, recognized as extremist in Russia) gives her from 500 thousand rubles, advertising in the profile – about 1 million rubles. Almost 26 million people have subscribed to the girl on this social network. Her TikTok account has 7.3 million followers.
Yuri Dud then suggested that an “advertising photo” in a blogger’s account costs from 900 thousand rubles, and a video – from 1.2 million rubles. To which Nastya Ivleeva replied: “Well, plus or minus.”
Recall that not so long ago, due to concealment of income and non-payment of taxes, the “marathon queen” Elena Blinovskaya was detained for almost 1 billion rubles. Also, claims in the amount of more than 300 million rubles were presented by the Federal Tax Service to the blogger Ler_chek and her husband.
