The Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee initiated a case against Blinovskaya on non-payment of 918 million rubles in taxes and legalization of more than 43 million. Blinovskaya is suspected immediately under the second part of Article 198 of the Criminal Code (tax evasion by an individual) and under the fourth part of Article 174.1 of the Criminal Code (legalization and laundering cash on a large scale). In total, she faces up to seven years in prison.
According to investigators, Blinovskaya scattered money into the accounts of two dozen controlled companies and three individual entrepreneurs using a simplified taxation system. So she showed modest incomes, from which she paid taxes. The investigation also believes that Blinovskaya tried to legalize part of the amount by buying a car and equipment for her husband’s company.

An individual entrepreneur may be associated with Blinovskaya Makarova Irina Borisovna. There are several such individual entrepreneurs in Russia, but there is also one from Yaroslavl – it is engaged in the production of clothes, shoes and accessories made of leather and fur, as well as the repair of electronic and optical equipment and retail trade on the Internet.
Investigators do not exclude that it was possible to buy the right to enter her business empire from Blinovskaya at the maximum price of the marathon. Perhaps it was through such partners that money was then withdrawn. They got their share of it.

The latest news about Blinovskaya came from Dubai, where the woman acquired housing and a residence permit. From there, she launched her next marathon “New Dimension”, the prices for participation in which reached a million rubles (if the participants wanted personal communication with a businesswoman).
