The NACC has drawn up corruption reports on two “Servants of the People” MPs. They are Roman Mulyk and Oleksiy Kuznetsov. They lie on their declarations

The National Agency for Prevention of Corruption has drawn up administrative reports against two members of the Verkhovna Rada of the “Servants of the People” Roman Mulyk and Oleksiy Kuznetsov. This was reported by the NACP, 368.media reported.

Mulyk in the declaration for 2020 did not indicate a land plot “and gave inaccurate information about the value of four land plots, two parking spaces and a flat. Overall, the audit found that his declarations were inaccurate for a total of over 1m hryvnyas.

Kuznetsov submitted misleading information about the value of two residential buildings, a non-residential premises, a Volkswagen Transporter (2006) and a land plot leased by him.

Overall, the inspection found that the information he provided was inaccurate and totalled over UAH 1 million.

The protocols have been sent to the Kiev Pechersk District Court for review. Earlier, the agency drew up administrative reports of inaccurate data in the declaration regarding Verkhovna Rada MPs Maksym Guzenko and Oleksandr.
