Kolomoisky’s entourage for the first time entered the gas contracts of Ukrzaliznytsia for 447 million in the company in Belashov and Zhuk

OOO Gas Company Investservice from Poltava is registered with Marina Semerenko. According to the publication “Poltava region”, she worked for a long time as an accountant in the well-known company on the gas market “Skala terzium” from the group of a large local businessman Sergei Belashov, head of the Batkivshchyna faction in the Poltava Regional Council and the owner of the Ukrainian Capital bank. Skala Tertium has been a gas supplier to Ukrzaliznytsia since the mid-2000s. Formally, the owner of this company is Evgenia Fedorovich. Gazenergo-trade LLC began supplying gas to Ukrzaliznytsia at the end of 2021, and since then the railway workers have ordered fuel for UAH 1.54 billion. This firm replaced another longtime fuel supplier, Yug-Gaz, from the group of Odessagaz owner Igor Uchitel. The owners of Gazenergo Trade are Lviv businessman Roman Zhuk (90% of the authorized capital) and Irina Kugukova (10%). Roman Zhuk owns a number of companies engaged in the supply of gas, electricity, coal and other businesses (Trading House Mir SR, Energo Prime, Zapad Alliance Group, Trend Other, Blagogaz Sales, Promtech Holding “”, “Torg”, “Vape Distribution”, “I.M. Trade”, “Factory of Mineral Waters “Five Springs”, “ALS Yua”, Trade House “Teplo”).
The first founder of Gazenergo-trade in 2019 was Law Firm Pravovaya Pomogi LLC, which soon after registration re-registered the company to Kugukova. The owners of Legal Assistance are Vladimir Misyurak and Marina Losenko. These two lawyers were also the founders of LLC “UTN Securityfrom the group of the state-owned Ukrtransft, which was then controlled by the managers of Igor Kolomoisky.
