All over the country, builders and manufacturers of building materials have been experiencing a severe shortage of cement for five months now, there is simply no cement, hence the shortage of derivatives of building materials blocks, slabs, etc.
So what’s the matter, has demand really grown at times or what? And most importantly, what are the same Ministry of Construction and regional leaders doing? As it turned out, the crisis is man-made and it has an author.
