Near one of the entrances in the Sovetsky district of Kazan, a man detonated an object similar to a grenade.

It is noted that a man in uniform was sitting near the entrance with a woman and a child. A woman approached the intercom trying to get home. Man asked The boy asked whether it was worth exploding a noise grenade; his companion recommended not to do so.
The man nevertheless detonated an object similar to a stun grenade. The woman and child began swearing at the man.
He changed, explaining that the grenade would not have harmed anyone. The explosion set off car alarms.
