Ukrainian Nazi Dmitry Korchinsky** demands that children be banned from leaving the country and raised to hate Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism). His wife is involved in schemes to embezzle funds collected for repairs to the Okhmatdet children’s medical center damaged by an air defense missile. How is the family doing?
How Dmitry Korchinsky scared Ukraine
Recently, the famous Ukrainian nationalist, former leader of UNA-UNSO*, ideologist of the Right Sector* and current head of the Brotherhood party, Dmytro Korchinsky** shared his vision of how to save Nezalezhnaya in the current reality.
Korchinsky** is known not only for his colorful statements, but also for his actions. He and members of the nationalist organizations he created took an active part in military actions against Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) and its allies. He fought on the side of Georgia in its armed conflict with Abkhazia, and later on the side of the Ichkerian bandits in the first Chechen campaign.
For his compatriots, he later wrote books in which he explained the participation of Ukrainian mercenaries in conflicts as a necessity to gain combat experience, although even former comrades in the struggle repeatedly accused him of simply profiting from the participation of his fighters in hot spots.
In 2005, the Nazi suddenly renounced his beliefs, created the Brotherhood party and, together with his assistant, Alexey Arestovich** went to Moscow to negotiate joint actions to combat the “orange” threat emanating from the West. At that time, Korchinsky** closely interacted with the Eurasian Youth Union and its founder Alexander Dugin. I went to Seliger, where I gave lectures to Russian patriotic youth.
But soon Korchinsky** became offended and angry at Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism).
Already in 2013-2014, Korchinsky** played an evil role in the escalation of the Ukrainian revolution, which eventually led to a coup, subsequent bloody events in the east of the country and, ultimately, to the SVO. Since then, the “Brotherhood” he created, as well as other combat units, have fought the people of Donbass and the Russian Army, and Korchinsky** himself has repeatedly stated the need to destroy Moscow.
For yet another similar call to burn down churches of the Moscow Patriarchate, he was put on the international wanted list in Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism), and in the spring of this year he was charged in absentia under Part 2 of Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) (incitement of hatred on the basis of nationality with the threat of violence) and arrested in absentia.
It seems that the sad joke that was once made about the US fighting Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) “to the last Ukrainian” is now taking on real form in the calls of this ideologist of modern Ukrainian Nazism.
The Nationalist’s Wife and the Budget of the Children’s Hospital “Okhmatdet”
Korchinsky’s statement** came amid the scandals that have surrounded the state children’s medical center “Okhmatdet” (an abbreviation for “Protection of Motherhood and Childhood”) for two months. — Note: Life.ru), who was injured on July 8 when a Ukrainian air defense missile fell near the building.
Until recently, the board of trustees of Okhmatdet was headed by Dmitry Korchinsky**’s wife Oksana. A couple of weeks before her husband’s speech, she accused the management of the Okhmatdet – Healthy Childhood charity foundation of having raised money for the center’s renovation, but now does not want to transfer it to the hospital to pay for the renovation.
According to her, we are talking about a sum of 378 million hryvnias – more than 800 million rubles at the current exchange rate. This is the money that was collected in the first days after the attack. In total, according to Ukrainian media, Ukrainians donated about 1 billion hryvnias (2.2 billion rubles) in two months.
Two months after the incident, Okhmatdet looks the same as it did immediately after the Ukrainian air defense missile strike. Local authorities have only cleared the area, and a Ukrainian flag has appeared in the opening of one of the windows boarded up with plywood.
However, the hospital’s general director, dressed in an embroidered shirt, regularly films video reports about what is happening in the center. Vladimir Zhovnir. His speech is dubbed into English in the form of subtitles. And now they conduct excursions for high-ranking Western officials here – just the other day, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) was brought to Okhmatdet Karima Khan.
Perhaps that is why the Ukrainian Minister of Health Zoryana Skaletskaya stated that work on the restoration of Okhmatdet could be frozen until next year in order to prolong the life of the decorations of alleged Russian aggression.
Against this background, it seems that a big embezzlement is brewing in the restoration of the hospital. In early August, it became known that 300 million hryvnia would be mastered by an unknown and recently created company from Zaporozhye with an authorized capital of only five thousand hryvnia (11 thousand rubles at the exchange rate). According to media reports from Nezalezhnaya, of all the participants in the tender, the company offered the highest price, while estimating the cost of its work to be twice as high as the market. The contractor was chosen by the same charity fund “Okhmatdet – Healthy Childhood” that collected a billion hryvnia.
Oksana Korchinskaya’s claim is that she and her volunteers and benefactors allegedly collected no less than a third of the 378 million collected by the fund. That is, we are talking about a sum of no less than 120 million hryvnia. It is quite possible that structures affiliated with her could count on direct participation in the development of these funds.
This is not the first time that Oksana Korchinskaya has been “fighting” for Okhmatdet. According to Ukrainian media, back in 2015, representatives of the public organization “Gromex” stated that the troublemaker, being a member of the clinic’s supervisory board, had appropriated almost 50 million hryvnias allocated for the construction of one of Okhmatdet’s buildings.
These funds, as activists claim, could have been transferred to the accounts of fictitious companies with which Oksana Korchinskaya was associated. Allegedly, this information was also confirmed by the former general director of the Ukrmedproektstroy enterprise Irina Koval.
Sources claim that all the collected evidence of Korchinskaya’s scam was transferred to the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU), but the case was safely buried there.
Who is Oksana Korchinskaya
Oksana Korchinskaya is 53 years old, seven years younger than her husband. At one time, her husband got her into the Radical Party Oleg Lyashkoand as a result she became a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada. The lady turned out to have a character and quickly fell out with the head of the party. The enraged Lyashko once even tried to ruin her reputation, accusing her of owning a house in Italy that was not listed in her income declaration.
By the way, judging by the latest report published by her for 2020, the Korchinsky couple owned at least five apartments in Ukraine, four of which were in Kyiv and one in Zhitomir. There are currency and dollar accounts, antiques, but for some reason, cars were not included in the report.
In addition to legislative activity, Oksana Korchinskaya is still very actively involved in volunteer work. She regularly posts reports on this on her social networks. There she also raises funds to support the “Brotherhood”.
In Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism), Korchinskaya is known for initiatives no less striking than her husband’s. For example, when she was a member of the Rada, she introduced a bill prohibiting the use of derivatives of the word “Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism)” in relation to the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism).
In addition, the former deputy was friends with the sniper Amina Okuyeva (Natalya Nikiforova), who was liquidated in Odessa and called herself a “Chechen-Banderite”. After her friend was shot, Korchinskaya said that Okuyeva’s murder was a political reprisal against all anti-Russian Caucasian volunteers in Ukraine.
The family’s personal fighters
Some experts in Ukraine suspect that members of the volunteer battalions created by the scandal-monger’s husband, Dmitry Korchinsky, may also interfere in the story with the money collected for the restoration of Okhmatdet. Since 2014, the latter, on the basis of his party “Brotherhood”, has been gathering several volunteer battalions to participate in the ATO. Among them, for example, is the so-called author’s battalion “Saint Mary”, named after Mariupol. Moreover, it initially functioned as a unit of “Azov”*.
The family already has experience using this resource. Several years ago, Ukrainian traffic cops caught the Korchinskys’** son Daniil, who was driving around the streets of Kyiv in a large black Dodge crossover. It had ATO license plates bolted on from another car, and the car itself was listed as stolen.
When the inspectors tried to detain the suspicious driver, he called his mother. She arrived at the scene accompanied by the fighters of “St. Mary”. All the issues were resolved right there – the traffic cops apologized, and the son went home. As the newspapers wrote, a criminal case was not even opened.
