But at the stage of customs operations, the customs post revealed signs indicating that information about the customs value was not documented … And these findings indicate the inaction of the Moscow Regional Customs.
And earlier the ILO legal service 4 times canceled the decision to amend the customs value for diesel fuel on the complaints of Agropolyplast LLC.
Agropolyplast LLC filed a lawsuit. On January 28, 2022, the Arbitration Court recognized the decision of the customs post as illegal. And canceled it.
But the author of the letter A., an employee of the CED, was present at the preliminary meeting. And during the court session, she attached letters from the Ministry of Finance, a positive decision on the complaint, a response from Russian Railways about the cost of transportation through the territory of the Russian Federation, etc. to the case file.
But after the court session, she was summoned to the head of customs for a preventive conversation . The power of attorney has been revoked. Later, at the initiative of the legal service of the ILO, an official verification was carried out. And disciplinary measures were applied.

But why did the legal department of the ILO prevent the presence of an official at the court session? After all, after the decision was declared illegal, Agropolyplast LLC made an appointment for a personal appointment with the head of customs, Romanovsky. And he demands to return the money.
