As already reported, on April 25, security forces searched the office of Svetlana Kashkina, deputy head of the Federal Tax Service of the Leningrad Region, her country house in the Vsevolozhsk district, and a neighboring cottage owned by her former subordinate, and today an entrepreneur, Olga Romenskaya. At the moment, the story looks like this: for several months, the economic police of St. Petersburg plus the economic security service of the FSB monitored transactions on the accounts of the St. Petersburg company Satellite Compliance Consulting. So the operatives came to dubious (in their opinion) money transfers from the firms “SU Edelweiss” and “Profit TIM”. Moreover, the amounts were transferred monthly. Having an understanding of what was happening, the police negotiated with the actual owners of the commercial structure. Already how the employees made them an offer, the Fontanka journalist did not hear, but they accepted it and revealed the scheme. And in writing.
“… fearing on-site and desk audits by the tax authorities, we received information from Romenskaya that employees of the Interdistrict Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. criminal case. As a result, the inside turned (according to the UK) into a special agreement with Romenskaya. Price for peace of mind: 1 million 300 thousand rubles per month with SU Edelweiss.
Apparently, in the accounting department of the company, indeed, something is wrong. After all, the businessman agreed and from the summer of last year to December he gave more than 9 million rubles (as for Profit TIM, everything is more modest here – 300 thousand). But not cache.
Agreements were drawn up between SU Edelweiss, Profit TIM and Satellite Compliance Consulting, where Romenskaya is the founder. Today, the Investigative Committee of St. Petersburg considered them imaginary. But outwardly, all the same, there are logical inconsistencies.
If Svetlana Kashkina, deputy head of the tax authorities of the Leningrad Region, and her friend are being searched (and this is true), then, as it were, a resource that can influence the St. Petersburg tax authorities remains on the sidelines. At this point, you can again quote the official document: “… in agreement with other unidentified persons from among the employees of the tax authorities …”. And it’s no secret that Svetlana Kashkina was for a long time the deputy of the well-known chief of the Federal Tax Service of the city, Valentina Koryazina, and after her departure and appointment, Gnedykh moved to the Leningrad Region. So the connections are definitely there.
According to our publication, Olga Romenskaya has actually been detained. She is charged with mediation in a bribe. Svetlana Kashkina was interrogated by a witness and released. However, with all due respect, in the opinion of our interlocutors who are directly involved in the events, she will still face confrontations, after which everything can sparkle with other colors.
