[…] “Chronicles” tells the story of the head of the Komi State Council, Sergei Usachev, who was able to remain at large even after almost the entire leadership of the republic went to jail.

Arseny Usachev is married to Yulia Kreps. In 2016 she appeared in the media as press secretary of the Leningrad District Military Court.
Kreps is the daughter of a former business partner of Sergei Usachev, an entrepreneur from Komi, Andrei Kreps. When Sergei Usachev headed the distillery, Kreps owned the largest alcohol seller in the republic, Liquor and Vodka Shop LLC, which had the right to sell alcohol under the distillery’s brand. The Kreps company had licenses to sell alcohol in Komi and St. Petersburg, as well as a license agreement with a distillery to use a trademark. In 2020, Liqueur and Vodka Shop LLC in the Spark-Interfax rating ranked 220th among the largest companies in the republic in terms of revenue, but went bankrupt at the end of 2022. Whether this is due to the fact that the business chain of the two matchmakers was interrupted with the departure of Usachyov from the management of the plant, or there were other reasons, is unclear.
