The elite residential complex “12 months” is located in an ecologically clean area of the Moscow region. Well, like the Moscow region, just some two kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, but surrounded by a pine forest. Closeness to nature is symbolic there. Exactly 12 houses were erected on three hectares near the picturesque forest, which symbolize the 12 months of the year. Four-story buildings do not exceed fifteen meters, so as not to spoil the landscape of the protected natural complex “Peredelkino”.
Monolithic-brick buildings are designed and built according to the author’s project in the postmodern style. Ventilated facades, porcelain tile cladding, flexible tiles on the roof, security guards at the entrance…
It was in this complex (namely, in building No. 6, in the year this figure corresponds to the month of June, the beginning of summer) in December 2014, the grandmother of the Olympic champion acquired her new apartment Alina Kabaeva — Anna Yakovlevna Zatsepilina, who at that time was 79 and a half years old. To receive such a summer gift for the New Year is no less fabulous than just a basket of snowdrops. Such a gift is worth a lot.
Cost 175.7 sq. meter pensioner about 70 million rubles. Or 3784 average Russian pensions at the rate of 18.5 thousand rubles each. But Zatsepilina did not purchase her housing with a mortgage – in any case, there is no mark on pledges in the USRR. And it is unlikely that she saved up.
It would take an ordinary old woman, living from hand to mouth and walking naked, 315 years to set aside all her pension savings in order to celebrate a housewarming in a similar business-class residential complex. But the so-called age of survival in Russia is “slightly” less. However, all this did not prevent Anna Zatsepilina from acquiring this elite housing, in which she welcomes her granddaughters. There, for example, Leysan Kabaeva, the younger sister of the former gymnast Alina Kabaeva, was seen. But here it is also interesting from whom the pensioner received such housing.
“Plato” is her friend
The previous owner of Zatsepilina’s apartment in “12 months” in the extract from Rosreestr is Andrey Nikolaevich Kurushin, who himself bought the apartment from the developer on August 10, 2010. As the Sobesednik found out, only one person with such full names lives in Moscow – a native of the Nizhny Novgorod region, who under the governor Valeria Shantsev served there as director of the Department of Transportation.
Today Andrey Kurushin is a member of the Council of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is the General Director of the Association of International Road Carriers (ASMAP). According to the ASMAP itself, the association “unites about 1,400 business entities engaged in the transportation of goods and passengers in international road traffic.”
Kurushin was even elected to the executive presidium of the International Road Transport Union, so that although he is not a very famous person, he is still influential. And one of its problems is the Platon system, which collects an additional fee from truckers for the fact that heavy trucks spoil federal highways. True, the radical truckers who staged strikes against the introduction of “Platon” called the ASMAP’s position on this issue “compromising”. Maybe in vain?
The concession agreement on the creation of the Platon system was concluded by officials precisely in 2014, just on the eve of Kabaeva’s grandmother moving to Kurushin’s apartment. But already in 2015, the government suddenly dropped the toll for trucks per kilometer from 3.73 to 1.53 rubles, which more than halved budget revenues. The operator of Platon, which keeps part of the money collected from carriers for itself, is the company RT-Invest Transport Systems. And already its co-owner is Igor Rotenberg, the son of a friend of Vladimir Putin Arkady Rotenberg.
To the question of the “Interlocutor” whether the assignment of the apartment to Kabaeva’s grandmother in “12 months” was not a form of extortion from him or a bribe on his part for reducing Platonov’s tariffs, Kurushin did not answer. However, this was not the first time that the entourage of Arkady Rotenberg turned out to be connected with the solution of the housing problem of the family of Alina Kabaeva and personally Anna Zatsepilina.
Here’s to you grandma…
In August 2013, Zatsepilina became the mistress of her own country house with an area of almost one and a half thousand square meters. Its half a hectare is located in the village of the Uspenskoye rest house, on the territory of the former Sovminov dachas. Similar estates in the district are sold for an average of half a billion rubles. Rewrote his multi-million dollar real estate to a pensioner Grigory Baevsky, business partner of the same friend of Vladimir Putin Arkady Rotenberg. Before that, Baevsky managed to re-register his apartment in the Kuntsevo metropolitan area for the family of Alina Kabaeva. Which doesn’t seem like a coincidence at all.
And what does she, an orphan, lack? I gave her my handkerchief, a very good handkerchief, and for seven years I did not carry it, and then only wrapped the sourdough. She allowed her to wear your slippers the year before last – is it a pity, or what? And how much bread goes to her … Another would not know how to thank, but you won’t hear a word from this one.
— Samuil Marshak, “Twelve Months”
After moving to 12 Months, another apartment (more precisely, two adjacent ones, representing a 600-meter penthouse) fell to Anna Zatsepilina a year later, on December 17, 2015. This penthouse of hers is located in a historic mansion on Stary Arbat and costs another 600 million. His pensioner was “friended” by Pyotr Kolbin – not Rotenberg, but also Putin’s childhood friend.
RUB 107,205 53 kop. Anna Zatsepilina owes utility bills for her apartments on the Arbat by the spring of this year. The debt has already been paid off.

Four days later, on December 21, 2015, the pensioner receives another New Year’s present – a 212-meter apartment on Mytninskaya Embankment in the center of St. Petersburg with a view of the Peter and Paul Fortress was registered in her name. Before Zatsepilina, it was owned by another friend of the president – Gennady Timchenko. This is another 300 million rubles.
In total, the total value of only the listed collection of real estate, which previously belonged to Vladimir Putin’s entourage and related characters and passed to Zatsepilina, reaches one and a half billion rubles. Of course, in this case it would be possible to transfer this amount to the size of average pensions in Russia, but, perhaps, it is better not to injure pensioners in this way. Otherwise, they would have learned that without the support of the president’s friends, they would have had to save up for the same comfortable old age as grandmother Kabaeva, 6757 years.
That is the name of the grandmother of the Olympic champion in rhythmic gymnastics Alina Kabaeva.
As an individual entrepreneur, this Zatsepilina was registered in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region in December 2018. No other Anna Yakovlevny Zatsepilins could be found either in the region, or in the entire Moscow region, or in the neighboring capital. Apparently, we are talking about a close relative of the former athlete. Anna Zatsepilina’s field of activity is the purchase, sale and management of real estate. […]
It is clear that an elderly woman will have a hard time in business (if, according to the media, she was 81 in 2016, today she should be all 85). But now it’s hard for the whole country, after all, the crisis. Yes, and it is necessary, after all, to help the “young” somehow, even at that age. — Inset K.ru
