The Agency for Strategic Communications has become the main operator for all events in the city that relate to culture, tourism and sports.

The total amount of government contracts exceeds one billion rubles. The last of them is the 40 million contact for the organization of the Navy Day. The patron of the businessman, who supported the Maidan in 2013 and his wife, a native of Lvov, in St. Petersburg is Vice Governor Boris Piotrovsky.

Besides the fact that Minkov earns well thanks to the St. Petersburg authorities, he also owns a business in Lvov.
