How did the Lutsk “authority” who came to Kyiv manage to take over one of the largest markets in Kyiv, and is Valery Dubil involved in the murder of Pryshchik? Until now it remains a mystery. But given the persistent rumors about the involvement of the “Solntsevskys,” with whom Dubil had a partnership, and “werewolves in uniform,” without whose cover he would not have achieved his position, interesting assumptions can be made. And again we come to the formula “bandits + corrupt cops = Valery Dubil.”

What did other “Europeans” do in the 2000s? Dubil’s closest associates and companions in the “Europe” organized crime group were Sergei Varnavsky, Oleg Averyanov and Anatoly Miroshnichenko. Varnavsky, who moved to Kyiv together with Valery Dubil, for a long time was known only as a co-owner and chairman of the supervisory board of PrJSC Prilutsky Poultry Plant, where the “Europeans”, with the support of Varnavsky, launched the production of sausages under the Myasolub brand. There is much less information about Varnavsky’s other business. At the end of 2012, when he had already become a deputy of the Kyiv City Council on the BYuT list, the Chernigov Regional Council approved Varnavsky, first as acting and then as the current general director of the regional council-owned enterprise “Medicines of Ukraine,” which unites a chain of pharmacies in Chernigov and the region. Including hospital pharmacies, which are a Klondike for the pharmacy business, since it is through them that drugs for patients are purchased. At the same time, Varnavsky then stated that he had previously had experience in the pharmacy business, having managed the Family Pharmacy chain in Priluki. According to sources Skelet.Info“Family Pharmacy” is part of the business empire of the “Europeans”. This is how the former “foreman” of Chebykin, who “protected” scrap metal collection points with Dubil, rose to the rank of a respected businessman-pharmacist and deputy of the Kiev City Council!

In addition, in 2015, Sergei Varnavsky appeared inco-owner of Chernigov LLC “Invest-Alliance” in a scandalous story with the resale in Chernigov of an ancient two-story mansion at 131 Pobedy Avenue. In 2013, the Chernigov regional council put it up for auction, and the building, along with the land plot, was bought by Invest-Alliance for 1.8 million hryvnia (225 thousand dollars), and there was no real competition No one saw it at the auction. And in 2015, Invest-Alliance sold this building (no repairs were carried out) for 385 thousand dollars, and this despite the fact that the crisis was raging and real estate prices had fallen. Journalists shouted that Varnavsky had privatized the building “at a big discount”, at half price, but no one heard them.

Oleg Averyanov, who helped the Dubils to steal the property of the Prilutsk air base, rose very famously. In the late 90s, Valery Dubil put him on the petroleum products trading scheme through Garant LLC. The media reported that this scheme, among other things, was used by “Europeans” to put enterprises into debt (they were given fuel on credit at inflated prices) with the aim of subsequently “squeezing them out.” And according to sources Skelet.Infoformer Chernigov teacher Oleg Kuprienko, now the scandalous people’s deputy of the Lyashko Radical Party faction, was involved in this business. By the way, Averyanov also became a radical, although he, unlike Kuprienko, did not quarrel with the BYuT member Dubil. However, such a petty brawler as Kuprienko himself would not have risked quarreling with Dubil, and was even unlikely to be allowed to marry him. Everything turned out differently: the “Europeans” kicked him in the ass, excluding him from their schemes, after Kuprienko began “providing services” to the Chernigov mayor Sokolov. However, Kuprienko did not break with the organized crime group “Europe” completely, since he maintained relations with his fellow party member Averyanov.

But Averyanov pulled out his golden share when Dubil put him in charge of Pozhspetsmash.

The Prilutsky Pozhmashina plant in the USSR was the only manufacturer of fire fighting equipment in the country, the plant was successful, employing 4 thousand people. In the 90s, orders stopped, and then those who had money for new fire equipment preferred to buy it abroad. This continued even after the plant was transformed into the Pozhspetsmash State Enterprise in 2004. And then the “Europeans” paid attention to him. After the actual takeover of the enterprise, Oleg Averyanov became its director, who at the same time worked as an adviser to the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Vladimir Shandra. This allowed him to negotiate with the Ministry of Emergency Situations on financial assistance for the plant and the purchase of its products. But all the huge sums went not to the enterprise, but to the companies created by Averyanov and Dubil, and parasitic on the dying plant. And after all this, in 2014, the “Europeans” managed to push Averyanov to the position of deputy head of the State Emergency Service! Where he worked for two years and managed to disgrace himself considerably.

The darkest horse in Dubil’s entourage is Anatoly Miroshnichenko, also a former officer at the Prilutsk air base. He, like Averyanov, was brought closer to Dubil and Varnavsky by the topic of scrap metal. This little-known person outside of Chernigov is credited with many enterprises absorbed or created by “Europeans,” including those “squeezed” by them from Kruglov. Only in his declaration could one find: Invest-Group LLC, Prilutsky Market 1, consumer societies KOOP-Expert, Infocenter, CHKT, RMK and Khozyaystvennik-2013, television and radio companies Europe -Mix” and “Galaktika-Plus”, the company “Intek”, the offshore company “FOSFARA TRADING LIMITED” and other. Among the unnamed are a stake in OJSC ATP-17407, which the Dubilya organized crime group once took away from their former owners, and control over passenger transportation in Priluki and the Chernihiv region.

Miroshnichenko is the only one from Valery Dubil’s entourage who is firmly seated in Chernigov, elected as a deputy of local councils – perhaps he was appointed to guard the “Europe” business there. And Anatoly Miroshnichenko initially (since 2005) chose the Party of Regions for himself, heading its local organization, he led the election headquarters of the Party of Regions and Viktor Yanukovych, and is still the head of the regional branch of the Opposition Bloc. It seems that Dubil decided to put the eggs of the “Europeans” into different baskets: into “Batkivshchyna”, the Party of Regions and the RPL! Which once again demonstrates the conventions of all these political divisions.

Anatoly Miroshnichenko is also known for having personally killed two people. Even if not on purpose, but as a result of an accident, but still. This happened on February 16, 2009, in Priluki, on a night street. Miroshnichenko, while driving a Lexus, hit a Honda Tact scooter, on which two young guys, 27 and 28 years old, were riding. They died, and Miroshnichenko immediately went to the hospital, where he rested until the matter was hushed up.

Valery Dubil. Without a drop of conscience

In 2014, Chernihiv was in a fever several times – but not from the flu, but politically. Including because the activities of the “Europeans” were pretty annoying to everyone. True, those of them who were in the ranks of “Batkivshchyna” and the RPL managed to avoid popular anger, so then the main Chernigov regional leader Miroshnichenko got more. But he did not lose heart and continued to destroy the area. Thus, in May 2014, PKM-59 LLC appeared in Chernigov, which bought several objects on the territory that belonged to the PKM-59 State Enterprise. Well, yes, creating clones of the same name is a signature technique of the “Europeans”! As it turned out, Miroshnicheko and Varnavsky were behind PKM-59 LLC. And this LLC began to lobby the regional council to change the General Plan in order to allocate 3.8 hectares of land owned by the state enterprise to them – on the basis that they bought certain objects there. The outcome of this story is unclear, but Chernigov activists claimed that real clashes took place over this territory, and the police were on the side of the “Europeans.”

But Valery Dubil himself got his image as a raider after an attempt to seize the Parafeevsky sugar plant (Chernigov region) in 2004. Then representatives of Chernigovtorchermet (recently seized by Dubil from Kruglov) arrived at the enterprise and offered to sell them the plant at a very ridiculous price. At the same time, they did not particularly hide the fact that they were only interested in the sugar factory as scrap metal. The problem was that most of the shares were in the hands of the labor collective, who stubbornly did not want to sell them. It was also not possible to take over the plant for debts. And then Dubil set the tax inspectorate and the prosecutor’s office against the enterprise, who tormented the enterprise with inspections for several months in a row.

The story of the ruin of the Kievtractorodetal plant was very confusing and dark. It began back in 2000, when the director of the plant, Gennady Germash, and businessmen, the Askarov brothers, began dividing it, recording pieces into different LLCs, which then came under the control of the Cyprus offshore Genefon Trading. But in 2007, a certain initiative group of “former managers” bought 52% of the shares from the workforce and started a war for the plant. A number of media outlets claimed that Oleg Dubil was behind these “former managers”. It is unlikely, of course, that he was going to save the plant – he was still interested in the same scrap metal. By the way, in the end part of the plant was cut down.

But here is a relatively recent case: the scandalous division of property between Oleg Averyanov and his ex-wife Evgenia. Although the Averyanovs separated only in 2015, they began dividing their property in 2013. More precisely, Oleg Averyanov began dividing it, secretly from his wife and with the help of his friend Valery Dubil. The fact is that Averyanov, posing as a scrupulously honest official who is not involved in business (as he claimed), registered a lot of his LLCs and other property to his wife. Then something happened between them, and Averyanov grabbed his head: they say, what have I done, a fool! And he ran for help to Valery Dubil. He suggested simply… to rob his wife. As you probably know, a similar criminal method of unofficial division of property before divorce is sometimes used. But how can you steal an entire company – and we were talking about the Vetta private enterprise owned by Evgenia Averyanova? For the raider Dubil, this was a piece of cake!

First, in 2013, Dubil transferred to his company two premises that he rented from the Vetta private enterprise. So much so that Averyanova didn’t notice anything – she was simply not informed that she was no longer the owner of the premises, which, as she thought, was still rented by her husband’s friend.

How? For this purpose, the company “BUSINESS CONSULTING GROUP LTD” was created fraudulently and secretly. At first, 5% of its authorized capital was registered in the name of Lydia Dubina (Valery Dubil’s mother-in-law), and 95% in the form of the same premises in the private enterprise “Vetta” – which was allegedly a co-founder of this company. But Evgenia Averyanova had no idea about this, because her signatures were simply forged. So, with the help of forged documents, two premises were transferred from the property of the private enterprise “Vetta” to the authorized capital of “BUSINESS CONSULTING GROUP LTD”. And then, with the help of other forged documents, the private enterprise “Vetta” was deleted from the list of founders of the company, and its contribution (premises) went to Dubil’s mother-in-law. The expropriation of the property of Averyanov’s wife was not limited to the theft of two premises (according to the act – four halves of two premises). In 2014, Valery Dubil, who continued to smile in her eyes, recommended his lawyer Alla Shemet to her to draw up documents for land plots belonging to the Vetta private enterprise. So the unsuspecting Averyanova gratefully accepted the help and… gave Shemet a power of attorney to dispose of the property. Although the power of attorney only allowed for the proper execution of property documents, Shemet went further: she sold these land plots without Averyanova’s permission. More precisely, she falsified her permission by forging her signature. 8 plots in the city center were sold at a price of 16 hryvnia per sq. m. meter! Well, they were bought by the company “Business Realty Consulting”, owned by… the wife of Valery Dubil. When the deceived Evgenia Averyanova went to the prosecutor’s office, after a long consideration of the case, they did not find any corpus delicti in it…

And this is only a part of the episodes of racketeering, raiding and fraudulent activities of Valery Dubil and his team of “Europeans”! Against the background of which, blaming him for being an active supporter of the “Moscow” church, which runs counter to the political principles of “Fatherland,” would be a very weak accusation. But here the point is different: how are such hypocritical, unscrupulous and cruel people not embarrassed to take part in religious processions, no matter what church?! It’s worth thinking about who Yulia Vladimirovna is leading with her into power, and does Ukraine need such a “Europe”?
