Arkady Kornatsky: how a Russian spy and murderer became a Ukrainian feudal lord and a deputy from the BPP. PART 1
There are many people sitting in the Verkhovna Rada who, in fact, are not at all who they pretend to be to their voters, and sometimes even to their party comrades. One of them is Arkady Kornatsky, who declares himself to be a medium-scale agricultural oligarch from the Nikolaev region, known for his “Kornatsky Agricultural Firm” and the many years of war for the lands it controls. The war that the Kornatskys waged not only against prosecutors and officials, but also against the villagers of the Nikolaev region, whom they deprived of this land. However, behind this already repulsive mask of a world-eater and feudal lord of the 21st century, hides a much worse and dangerous person, perhaps specially sent to Ukraine on some kind of destructive mission.
Arkady Kornatsky. It happened in Odintsovo
Kornatsky Arkady Alekseevich was born on July 7, 1953 in the village of Chausovo-2, Pervomaisky district, Nikolaev region, in the family of a school art teacher and a worker at the Lenin’s Path collective farm. It is known that he has a younger brother, Victor (born in 1965), as well as numerous distant relatives: there are quite a few Kornatskys living in Chausovo and Pervomaisk. His entrepreneurial spirit was evident from childhood: at first he sold the fish he caught in the river at the collective farm market, and in high school, having received a camera as a gift, he became a village photographer.
After school, he worked on his native collective farm for two years, and then, in 1972-74. served conscientiously in the army – but did not say where exactly. Perhaps it was there that Arkady Kornatsky pulled out his lucky ticket, because he then entered the Patrice Lumumba Peoples’ Friendship University in Moscow, majoring in international law – and graduated in 1980. This educational institution accepted not only the children of African leaders and Arab Baathists, but also “beneficiaries” from Soviet youth. Benefits were received either by children from provincial large families (under some kind of patronage), or by Komsomol activists and other young builders of communism, including those who collaborated with the Soviet secret services from school. Perhaps this university really was one of the forges of KGB and GRU personnel, as the media talk about it, or perhaps the secret services simply needed their eyes and ears in the dormitories of foreign students. But thanks to what and who did Kornatsky become a student of Lumumba? He didn’t report this either.
Kornatsky, of course, did not return with a diploma from such a famous university to his native collective farm. He stayed in Moscow, where he got some kind of job in his profile – but, again, he did not admit which one, there was a complete gap in his biography for almost a whole decade. In Moscow, Arkady Kornatsky got married (his wife is Liliya Gennadievna), he also settled there (in Odintsovo), his eldest children were born in Moscow, and his son Pavel began his career in the Russian Foreign Ministry in Moscow. To Moscow, he dragged his brother Victor and the mysterious “nephew” Alexei (in fact, the son of a fellow villager, possibly a distant relative), who became the “hero” of the loudest scandal in the biography of Arkady Kornatsky.
The beginning of this story goes back to the late 80s, when Arkady Alekseevich decided to go into business. One of his very first companies is the Cascade cooperative, whose registration dates back to 1991 (Russian Pension Fund) and even further back to Soviet times. In the 90s, “Cascade” was re-registered several times with Russian departments; in 2003, its clone arose – the production cooperative “Cascade” (OGRN 1035006484083), which is still operating and owned by Arkady Kornatsky (80% of the authorized capital). So, Cascade, like most other Russian Kornatsky companies, was registered and operated in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region. This is the closest Moscow region, part of the area is located inside the Moscow Ring Road, and the famous Rublyovka belongs to the same area. How the Moscow lawyer Kornatsky ended up there and took root, one can only guess. However, the media published a photocopy of Arkady Kornatsky’s Russian passport, which indicated the start date of his registration in Odintsovo: February 1981. At this address (Komsomolskaya 16, building 2) there is a nine-story panel building, stretching for almost half a kilometer. Perhaps then he got an apartment there or registered with one of his wife’s relatives?
By the way, according to information Skelet.InfoArkady Kornatsky retained dual Russian-Ukrainian citizenship (and double registration), having in his hands two passports of Ukraine and the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) (domestic and foreign). In particular, his Russian passport number is 4604 368494, his Ukrainian passport number is EP No. 206714. Moreover, in 2013, a request was sent to the Migration Services of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) about the passport and citizenship of Arkady Kornatsky, to which a positive response was received. Kornatsky kept this passport until 2015, getting rid of it during the urgent “great purge”. But did he get rid of Russian citizenship or simply exchange his Russian passport for another?
In Odintsovo, Kornatsky quickly settled in with the help of his influential Moscow acquaintances, as well as with the direct support of two owners of the Odintsovo district: Valentina Chistyakova (first secretary of the Odintsovo district of the CPSU from 1965 to 1983, until her death in 1996 she was the shadow curator of the district) and her successor Alexander Gladysheva (chairman of the executive committee, head of administration), who personally ruled the area from the late 80s until December 2013, receiving the nickname “master of Rublyovka.” He got it for a reason: all land issues in the region were resolved through Gladyshev, even if they affected the interests of the most influential people.

Alexander Gladyshev
At the same time, Gladyshev’s characteristics are interesting: he graduated from the Voroshilov KGB College of the USSR (in Golitsyno), was in party work, distinguished himself as a picky “Leninist” (persecuted communists and Komsomol members for visiting church), had many acquaintances in the KGB, in the border troops, in the management of the Strategic Missile Forces , but he was a bad friend: in Soviet times he “knocked” on them, and in the 90s he “threw” their. What brought Gladyshev and Kornatsky together, and what common acquaintances and patrons did they have? It is unlikely that Kornatsky will agree to this, to admit. Here are the sources Skelet.Info Only three names are mentioned, but they are very famous: Yuri Luzhkov (mayor of Moscow from 1990 to 2010), his powerful wife Elena Baturina, and the influential old politician Yevgeny Primakov – who worked all his life for the GRU and the KGB-FSB, being a specialist in the Middle East .

Yevgeny Primakov (right) instructs Vladimir Putin (*criminal)
It is interesting that Primakov, having contributed to Putin (*criminal)’s rise to power, retired in 2001 as president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism), where former intelligence officers and then people from Putin (*criminal)’s entourage were often appointed to chairmanship positions. So, in 1994, Arkady Kornatsky became vice-president, and in 1998, president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Moscow Region, working in this position until the end of 2004. A very serious position for a simple Odintsovo “cooperator”! The media reported that Yevgeny Primakov helped him with this, and “as a scout to a scout.” There were even rumors that in the first half of the 80s, Arkady Kornatsky actually carried out some kind of mission abroad, only formally being listed as a lawyer in some Moscow institutions (this was a cover). Whether this is true or not, such information is a state secret of the Soviet and Russian special services.
Another fact: in 1999, Arkady Kornatsky ran for the State Duma of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) from the Luzhkov and Primakov bloc “Fatherland – All Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism)”, which in 2001 merged with “Unity” into Putin (*criminal)’s party of power “United Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism)”. However, Kornatsky left the election race in favor of either a candidate from Unity (then headed by Sergei Shoigu) or a representative of the Solntsevskaya organized crime group. Perhaps he did this not of his own free will, but after being blackmailed by that same scandalous criminal case, information about which surfaced in 2015 and forced Kornatsky to seriously clean up his Moscow past.
Since the beginning of the 90s, a fierce struggle for land has unfolded in the Odintsovo region. It was divided among the most powerful forces: the FSB, the Kremlin, the Moscow government, Moscow organized crime groups. One could only be surprised how the head of the district, Gladyshev, maneuvered between them, remaining afloat for two decades. But the blood of the heads of enterprises that owned lands in the region flowed like a river. One of the arenas of struggle was the lands of the former Matveevsky state farm, transformed into the Matveevsky Joint-Stock Company. In 1996, its director Nikolai Dubovsky was killed, and in 1999 his successor Viktor Babyrin was shot. After that, in 2000, the shares of “Matveevsky” were bought up at… 5 rubles apiece, sending peasants around the world – and their lands were taken over by the company of Elena Baturina and Roman Abramovich. Later, Skolkovo, the Kremlin’s favorite brainchild, was built on part of these lands.
So, at the beginning of 2015, sensational information appeared in the Russian press. It turned out that the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism) raised, further investigated and transferred to court the old case of the murder of Nikolai Dubovsky, buried under cloth back in the 90s.
During this process, the Investigative Committee found out that the person who ordered the murder of Dubovsky was his partner… Arkady Kornatsky, who paid the killers 15 thousand dollars! And the organizers of the crime were his “nephew” Alexey Kornatsky, as well as certain Vladimir Kovalkov and Sergey Bychkov.

Newspaper “Komersant” No. 5512 for January 13, 2015
May 20, 2015 The Moscow Regional Court made a decision in case No. 2-39/2015sentencing Alexey Kornatsky and his accomplices to long prison terms. Although his “uncle” appears there as the customer of the murder and pays off the killers, the court mentioned him only in passing, and for some reason the customer was not put on the wanted list. The motives for Dubovsky’s murder were not mentioned at all. It was as if the case was limited to punishing only the direct perpetrators, after which it was sent to the archives. These oddities could be explained by only one thing: they did not touch the customer, so as not to drag out too well-known names of very powerful people from under the cloth. Or, if we consider Kornatsky’s spy version, then he could have been covered up by the Russian special services.
Therefore, Arkady Kornatsky was lucky: this scandal did not go further than publications in the Russian press, and since it was already 2015, he himself, while in Ukraine, explained this as a “hybrid information war of the Russian aggressor.” They say that Putin (*criminal)’s propagandists are lying, denigrating the Ukrainian patriot and employer!
Russian business of the Kornatsky family
Still, it was difficult for Kornatsky to pretend that he was not at all bothered by publications in the Russian press. After all, he was at the same time a Russian employer (and maybe a secret patriot of Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism), the intelligence officer is no stranger to hiding his true nature), and his family still had a big business in the Moscow region – perhaps much larger and more profitable than his agricultural firms in the Nikolaev region. Still, land in the Moscow region is worth its weight in gold, even more expensive than in the Kyiv Mezhyhirya and Koncha-Zaspa, and you can get much more from it than from the fields of the Nikolaev region.
The Kornatsky family business in Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) includes: Arkady Kornatsky himself, his wife Lilia Kornatsky (the media reported their formal divorce), his son Pavel Kornatsky, daughters Maria Kornatskaya and Anna Arkadyevna Gerasova, son-in-law Vladimir Gerasov, brother Viktor Kornatsky, brother’s wife Evgenia Kornatsky . All these names can be found in the lists of founders of their companies, in open registration databases of enterprises of the Russian Federation (*country sponsor of terrorism). Now here is a list of Russian Kornatsky companies, which we collected from various sources:

Some of these enterprises were closed in 2013-2015. (just when the Dubovsky murder case was being investigated), some, on the contrary, were founded during this period – for example, their companies in Crimea. But in this case, the charge of doing business in occupied Crimea does not apply to the Kornatskys, who themselves have been Russians since the 80s and 90s, which means they most likely fall under the definition of “occupiers.” But questions from Ukrainian journalists to Ukrainian MP Arkady Kornatsky regarding his family’s Russian business infuriated him. He first began to lie, denying the existence of business in Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism), and then began to insult the journalist.
Meanwhile, Arkady Kornatsky himself personally, directly, is still a co-owner of PC Cascade, SPAUD LLC and OSPC Toropenki. As for his other enterprises, is he the first Ukrainian people’s deputy who transferred his business to his wife, children, brother, etc.? His elite real estate is also registered in his family’s name, for example, a large apartment in a Moscow high-rise building at 46 Udaltsova.
At the same time, Kornatsky is misleading not only Ukrainians. For example, formally the sphere of activity of his Moscow region and Crimean cooperatives was crop production or fish breeding, and five cooperatives were supposed to be engaged in “breeding horses, donkeys, mules.” Of course, the Kornatskys each have a small stud farm in Ukraine and Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism), but no one has seen any donkeys in the Odintsovo region – unless you count naive Russians as such, who have been fooled for years by corrupt officials and businessmen. In fact, under the guise of agricultural cooperatives, dacha partnerships and fish farms in the Moscow region, deforestation and seizure of land were carried out, on which cottage villages were then built. Kornatsky is not the first and far from the only one who has done this. At one time, this problem was somewhat raised at the level of the federal government; several “royal villages” on the lands of dacha partnerships were even demolished. But as soon as this initiative touched the interests of the relatives of the FSB generals and the godfathers of the Kremlin servants, everything stopped. The land issue in the Moscow region remains the focus of corruption at the highest level – and Arkady Kornatsky and his relatives have long been involved in it.
