The All-Ukrainian Federation of Drone Owners complained to the court about the inaction of SAP
The Supreme Anti-Corruption Court, upon a complaint from the public organization “All-Ukrainian Federation of Drone Owners”, opened a case on the inaction of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office.
It is noted that the inaction of the SAP consists in not entering information about a criminal offense into the unified register of pre-trial investigations. At the same time, the details of the criminal case, in respect of which information was not entered into the ERDR, are not indicated. It should be noted that the head of the public organization is Taras Troyak.
At the beginning of November 2022, he reported on Facebook that, according to his information, the department responsible for unmanned aerial vehicles of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, at the direction of the head of the presidential faction David Arakhamia, was blocking the access of UAV manufacturers except for 10 companies.
I also learned that at least 50% of all orders from the General Staff worth tens of billions of hryvnias are received by a company that is connected with it without any tenders, while other manufacturers do not receive such orders, which may indicate corruption and abuse. influence.

Mr. Arakhamia began to threaten me in the comments with fiscal and other authorities, and also said that it was a pity that it was not 2014 now, so it would be possible to come and quickly deal with me in other ways. Also, after some time, he reported that he had information from Russia about supposedly my transactions in 2014. I immediately asked where such information came from, but he did not answer. After that, I published a post that Mr. Arakhamia may have a direct connection with the Russian special services.

Taras Troyak also noted that on November 6, while in the Vladimir Cathedral, he I saw two people following me and called the police.
The police detained one of them, and said that in explanation he said that “he came to ask for food, because he is an migrant”, while it is clear that the cost of his belongings allows him to eat in a restaurant. After that, together with my lawyers, we went to the district police department where he was located, and gave explanations, and also wrote a statement about the crime of spying on me. I called the SBU officer, but he refused to extend the period of his detention and said that “this is an unfortunate person and he must be released.” After that, I reported this information to all possible Western embassies and special services.

According to him, his only goal is “to allow the General Staff and the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to all Ukrainian manufacturers to supply drones for the Armed Forces of Ukraine in thousands of quantities according to a simplified procedure, we placed the necessary order for production with all Ukrainian manufacturers so that our guys could effectively conduct reconnaissance and not die at the front at the hands of the enemy.”
