Anatoly Plahotniuc was dismissed: The head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Vitaliy Klitschko, removed the director of the Bessarabian Market CP from his post.
The corresponding order (N368 of November 4) appeared on the KSCA website.
The document states that Plahotniuc was dismissed from the position of director of the “Bessarabian Market”:
“Release Anatoly Vladimirovich Plahotniuc, director of the public utility company” Bessarabian Market “from his position on November 5.”
Sergei Dorofeev, first deputy director of the Bessarabian Market, was appointed acting.
Plahotniuc was dismissed from his position for numerous violations.

Plahotniuc was the director of the market since 1996; in 2007 he was fired by the mayor of Kyiv Leonid Chernovetsky for numerous financial violations.
A few months later, the Shevchenkovsky District Court of Kyiv reinstated him in his position.
