The head of Komi, Vladimir Uyba, was rude to a traffic police officer who asked him to rearrange the car. The video went viral on the web.
In the frame, a traffic police officer asked the official to remove his car due to improper parking and complaints from local residents. Filming is being carried out, it seems, from a video recorder on the inspector’s uniform. In response to the remark, the head of the region said that he cordoned off the territory “for himself” and that “citizens complain about what they shouldn’t complain about.” He also called himself the guarantor of the constitution.
Vladimir Uyba took office as the head of Komi in September 2020, he began to fulfill his duties in April. This is not the first media scandal involving an official.
