Did Savelyev and Tereshkova’s “probio-money” dissolve?

From the detained runaway businesswoman, strings can be drawn to Senator Savelyev, and many others.

Did Savelyev and Tereshkova

Liya Muradova, CEO of Probiopharm (PBF), arrested in absentia by the Presnensky Court of Moscow in November last year, has been detained in Italy. The businesswoman is accused of attempting to seize the Pharmservice company (a subsidiary of PBF LLC), as well as stealing part of a loan in the amount of €336,000 allocated for the purchase of equipment by the state-owned Russian Fund for Technological Development.

The initiators of the investigation were co-owners of Pharmservice Elena Tereshkova, daughter of the first female cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova, and Senator Dmitry Savelyev from the Tula region.

Previously, there were suggestions that the scam involving Muradova failed, because she, along with the organizer of the crime, Elena Loss, decided to deceive Saveliev and Tereshkova, who, however, had also previously become heroes of critical publications because of their “business adventures.”

Observers do not exclude that for the sake of Savelyev and Tereshkova Jr., the security forces would not organize such a hunt for the swindlers Loss and Muradova. It is quite possible that the swindlers impudently intervened in the plans of the people from Rostec and Roskosmos behind the official victims.

Correspondent The Moscow Post understood the situation.

“Unscrupulous and unreasonable”

Liya Muradova, fleeing from Russian justice, left behind one company, the founder of which was: the notorious Probiopharm LLC, which Muradova also led until April last year.

Together with her, Senator Dmitry Savelyev (his 55% share is in trust management) and Elena Tereshkova (with a 15% share) are listed as co-owners of PBF LLC in Rusprofile.

Despite such criminal passions, the company’s financials show no signs of decline yet. She finished last year with a revenue of 380 million rubles and a net profit of 10 million rubles.

If you look into the judicial section of the data about the company, then you can find interesting precedents there – almost all arbitration cases initiated on the claims of PBF LLC were filed against the former director Liya Muradova and her friend – that same ill-fated auditor Elena Loss, however, already in their absence, because by that time both ladies had already fled. The topic of lawsuits is “Economic disputes on civil legal relations”.

The court decision on one of the lawsuits filed by the lawyers of PBF LLC against Lia Muradova, in particular, concerns the requirement to return internal, financial, accounting and other documents directly related to the company’s activities. From the list of documents it follows that before the escape, Liya Muradova, apparently, tried to destroy all information, including the personal files of employees.

The text of the court verdict notes that, according to representatives of PBF LLC, Muradova exercised the powers of the founder and general director of the company “in bad faith and unreasonably”, but this is perhaps too mild.

From the same court document, for example, it follows that after her disappearance, the enterprise administrator accidentally found four boxes in the yard with some papers, including employees’ work books. Perhaps Muradova and her accomplices decided to leave them at the last moment, thereby freeing the team from the need to restore documents.

What did Muradova and Loss flee from?

Some of the aforementioned court cases are still pending. Including the lawsuit of PBF LLC against the auditor Elena Loss. The third parties on it are LLC “Pharmservice” and JSC “All-Russian Research Market Institute” on the invalidation of the transaction and its consequences.

Apparently, in this case, we are talking about the very attempt of a raider seizure of the Pharmservice company, for which Muradova was detained, coupled with the theft of part of the loan in the amount of €336,000 allocated for the purchase of equipment by the state Russian Fund for Technological Development.

As Kommersant writes, the investigation considers the well-known auditor Elena Loss, the owner of the large auditing firm RSM-Rus and the International Center for Advanced Practices in Internal Control and Risk Management, to be the organizer of both crimes, the investigation considers Ms. Muradova the perpetrator of the crimes. The damage from the actions of women is estimated at 320 million rubles.

Recall that The Moscow Post has already written about this criminal case on the topic of major fraud, its initiators were also the co-owners of Pharmservice Elena Tereshkova, the daughter of the first female cosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova, and the senator from the Tula region Dmitry Savelyev, whom we mentioned above as co-owners of PBF LLC.

It is interesting that, according to Kommersant, shortly after the investigation began, it was suspended, and later a new episode appeared in it related to an attempted fraud.

It is impossible not to pay attention to the fact that Elena Loss turned 60 on June 7, and the day before her daughter Anna turned 40. Kommersant suggested that Liya Muradova could well fly to Italy for a holiday with her accomplice friend. And if it were not for a conscientious hotel employee who checked her data against the Interpol database, then the holiday would have passed with a bang.

Mask, do I know you?

The irony of the situation lies in the fact that Elena Loss was appointed from March 16, 2020 as an adviser to the general director of the Probiopharm company, and from February 1, 2021 she took the same position in the Pharmservice company, gradually taking the affairs of both companies under her control in the same way, as well as the Avan LLC associated with them. These companies got the assets of one of the largest Russian producers of probiotics JSC “Partner” (they were previously owned by Igor Vainshtok, who fled Russia to Israel).

Elena Tereshkova and Dmitry Savelyev are also co-owners of the Avan company, and together with them the Swiss company Benevent Training AG. Until 2017, the Cypriot offshore Taveran Limited was also among the founders. According to the offshore database, the director of this company is Elena Mashanskaya, known in Russia as the director of the consulting company ROST.

It goes without saying that consultations from Mashanskaya, who has an offshore company, could relate to the withdrawal of funds. Of course, there is no official confirmation of such dubious operations. But what if, in the presence of such a “consultant”, Tereshkova and Savelyev managed to withdraw funds from the companies themselves and intended to bankrupt them, and Muradova and Loss ruined their plans?

The start of Tereshkova and Savelyev’s business was quite encouraging. A photo: rusprofile.en

Elena’s joint business with Senator Saveliev could presumably have developed not without the assistance of her mother, who, we recall, has been a State Duma deputy for many years. Earlier, in order to create a business, Savelyev and Tereshkova bought assets from the Partner company: equipment, trademarks, real estate necessary for the development and production of probiotics and Bifidok. On the account of their companies there are state contracts https://www.rusprofile.ru/contractors/11549864 for the supply of medicinal products. There were good starting opportunities and prerequisites for success, but … As they say, “something went wrong.”

The Readovka publication (recognized as a foreign agent in Russia) reported that a couple of years ago, the Probiopharm and Pharmservice companies were close to bankruptcy, and that’s when Elena Loss and Liya Muradova appeared as crisis managers. In this context, the theft of documents can already be perceived differently – as an attempt to erase the entire previous history of enterprises not without the knowledge of other co-owners.

And if we recall the biography of Dmitry Savelyev, about whom The Moscow Post also wrote more than once before, then even more questions will appear in history than answers. They say that Sergei Kiriyenko patronizes him, and so far the senator feels quite comfortable.

For example, one of these questions: if Loss and Muradova were still going to hide abroad with money, where it would be difficult to get it, why waste time running around with boxes? .. Or it was not they who tried to steal the boxes, but someone else, who was at one with them, but remained in Russia and tried in this way to cover their tracks and at the same time divert the attention of the investigation, “losing” papers that were not very important for the investigation along the way? ..

In passing, it is worth remembering that Elena Loss was in charge of the RSM-Rus company, which served Rostec, Russian Post, Rosseti and other large structures. What kind of whim got into the head of both her and the 58-year-old Muradova at the end of their years? ..

Observers are inclined to believe that in the story of the escape of Muradova and Loss, everything may not be so simple. If Muradova, upon arrival in Russia, begins to testify to the investigation, then there will be a chance to get to Elena Loss. And if she talks, then the names of very influential defendants, from whose anger both swindlers were hiding, may come to the forefront.
