Euroonco’s lawyers decided to act differently and pushed the capital’s Arbitration Court against the Savelovsky District Court. The first one was decided in favor of the Department of Health, the second – in favor of the clinic. As a result, this case ended up in the city court of the capital. There, in the spring, a decision was made confirming the legality of the actions of the Moscow Health Department.
Euroonco continued its activities, as before, despite all the violations. Although why be surprised here if such important people as the head of Roszdravnadzor Roman Kurynin and Boris Lavrenev stand behind this office. The latter was previously deputy head of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the capital and tied with a loud scandal, after which he resigned and left Russia.
The story turned out to be very slippery, but the fact remains.
