According to The Moscow Post, Romanovsky is facing a criminal case, but the latter is hoping for help from his brother-in-law, his wife's brother who works as a deputy for Bastrykin”.

And a new “victim” of Romanovsky turned to our Editorial Office, however, this time, not a law-abiding businessman, but this is his subordinate, whom, at her request, we will not name, but we will call A.

And there are some interesting numbers. From 01.01.2021 As of December 31, 2021, UChVED filed 396 lawsuits regarding the adjustment of the customs value. Interests in court hearings were represented as defendants by officials of the legal department of the Moscow Regional Customs, i.e. Office of Mr. Romanovsky.

The source speaks of several court cases in which the amount of the adjustment in terms of customs value was considered … But it seems that these lawsuits are of little concern to the Moscow Regional Customs. The ILO legal department is losing several lawsuits.

According to A., in total, for the reporting period of 2021, out of the total volume of claims, persons involved in the case from the legal service lost 333 cases worth more than 248,685 928 rubles…

But this is state money.

According to A., in 2022 (as of July 10, 2022), foreign trade participants filed 554 lawsuits regarding the adjustment of the customs value. 146 cases lost. Interests in court hearings were represented by officials of the legal department of the Moscow Regional Customs.

The Moscow Arbitration Court was in the process of arbitrating the application of Agropolyplast LLC to the Moscow Regional Customs to recognize as illegal the requirements of the Moscow Regional Customs Post ( CED) to invalidate the decision of the Moscow Regional Customs Post (CED) dated September 17, 2021 on amending the information declared in the declaration.

But at the stage of customs operations, the customs post revealed signs indicating that information about the customs value was not documented … And these findings indicate the inaction of the Moscow Regional Customs.

And earlier the ILO legal service 4 times canceled the decision to amend the customs value for diesel fuel on the complaints of Agropolyplast LLC.

Agropolyplast LLC filed a lawsuit. On January 28, 2022, the Arbitration Court recognized the decision of the customs post as illegal. And canceled it.

But the author of the letter A., ​​an employee of the CED, was present at the preliminary meeting. And during the court session, she attached letters from the Ministry of Finance, a positive decision on the complaint, a response from Russian Railways about the cost of transportation through the territory of the Russian Federation, etc. to the case file.

But after the court session, she was summoned to the head of customs for a preventive conversation . The power of attorney has been revoked. Later, at the initiative of the legal service of the ILO, an official verification was carried out. And disciplinary measures were applied.

In general, the pressure began!

But why did the legal department of the ILO prevent the presence of an official at the court session? After all, after the decision was declared illegal, Agropolyplast LLC made an appointment for a personal appointment with the head of customs, Romanovsky. And he demands to return the money.

Is this a new scheme for withdrawing budgetary millions?

It is curious that the total number of claims of this company against customs is already 26. It seems that Romanovsky decided to “milk” a little “, too “successful businessmen.

In aggregate, there are such interesting statistics on the annulment of decisions by the forces of the customs legal service, which is headed by Mr. Romanovsky:

In 2021, the number of declarations for goods (DT) based on complaints from participants in foreign economic activity amounted to 494 items, the number of DT with canceled decisions – 184 items, the refund amount – 65.56 million rubles. For the past period of 2022, the number of complaints is 318, the number of canceled decisions is 156, the amount of the refund as of June is 972 thousand rubles.

Court statistics – the number of lost cases with a refund – 134 piece, the refund amount is 38,263,008 rubles.

However, the prosecutor's office has already become interested in Romanovsky's activities. As it was written above, the “unfortunate customs officer” was invited to a conversation by the Transport Prosecutor, after which Romanovsky fell ill. The last 2 years … It was over the past two years that dozens of criminal cases were initiated against customs officers.

They say that the detention Dmitry Muryshov is connected with the case of a high-ranking customs officer from St. Petersburg Maxim Rozsypalo. And allegedly it was Rozsypalo who betrayed the general.

Mr. Rozsypalo himself got burned on a bribe. The customs officer was caught red-handed, the amount of his bribe is more than 1 million rubles.

According to the investigation, Mr. Rozsypalo, through an intermediary, demanded money from businessmen for the hassle-free clearance of cars at customs.
