Compromising evidence on Joseph Prigozhin ricocheted on Valeria

An audio recording appeared on social networks, in which, presumably, producer Iosif Prigogine and ex-senator, businessman Farhad Akhmedov criticize the Russian authorities for holding the SVO, including President Vladimir Putin. The producer on social networks called the record a fake. Prigozhin, in an interview with the Daily Storm, admitted that other similar fake recordings with the voices of artists would appear on the Web.

“Why not? Of course, yes, because the main goal is to split society, push foreheads together, find as many opponents as possible, ”he said in response to a related question.

“I am definitely not an oppositionist, definitely not in this direction. Me with those people who left and insults the Russian people loudest of all, not exactly on the way, under any circumstances. Even if I didn’t agree with something, I would never go in any direction with them, ”he added.

According to Prigozhin, those who posted the recording and are trying to split Russian society are trying to slow down the end of the conflict in Ukraine: “Today, not only the life and future of Russia and the whole people are on the big political map. In many ways, today we are dependent on our leader, and the sooner this whole thing is over, the faster we will begin to move somewhere, in some direction. Today we were slowed down. The same as with this fucking record, which is also trying to slow down. <...> It is clear that such work is being done for destruction. <...> It is clear that this is a stupid situation.”

In the recording, Prigozhin and Akhmedov are said to be saying that some Russian officials, including Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and National Guard chief Viktor Zolotov, have teamed up against Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu. The producer told the Daily Storm that he did not know the people mentioned in the recording.

“Even assuming such a story, the question is: who are these people? One person is a pensioner, the other is a music producer who has nothing to do with politicians. How can I know who is doing this to whom? How do I know who is friends with whom, this intra-clan history?! Where do I get access to such information? I do not meet with these people, I have no communication with them, there are no direct telephone numbers for these people. I have seen them in person, maybe two or three times in my life. This is insanity!” Prigogine said.

The producer drew attention to the fact that the recording appeared on the eve of the anniversary concert of his wife, singer Valeria (April 17, she will turn 55 years old), and added that because of the preparations for the event, “there is no time for anything.”

Prigozhin also said that he was familiar with ex-senator Akhmedov: “At the moment when I was ill and I was in intensive care, he took on all the hospital expenses.”

After the publication of the recording, they began to joke on social networks that the Ukrainian propaganda “confused” the producer with businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin, who calls himself the founder of Wagner PMC. The artist told the Daily Storm that he is confused with a businessman: “They have recently begun to call me Evgeny on the street. Literally yesterday: “Evgeny, hello.” What can I do? In the new design, I look like Eugene, not Joseph. People come to my office and ask to sign up for the “orchestra” (that’s what the Wagner PMC is called. – Note by Daily Storm). What should I do in this situation? My photos are attached to articles. I call reporters, I say: “Remove the name!” That is, people pronounce the surname, but do not pronounce the names.

“Or they confuse me with someone, I don’t know, with another Prigogine, they try to tie it up all the time and somehow parallel it. I fucking know!” he said.

After the appearance of a recording of a probable conversation with Akhmedov on the Web, Prigozhin said in a video message on his Telegram channel that “today’s technologies, neural networks, make it possible to fake not only a voice, but also a conversation.” He called the internet a big dump.

Prigozhin publicly supported the military operation in Ukraine. On the day the hostilities began, February 24, 2022, he said that against any conflict and violence, but the countries of the West, like children, “put their fingers into the socket.”
